Any doubt or defect, please contact the agent. 1.2.2 Equip
5、ment machine: Specification 660mm*700mm*8200mm1.2.3 Install the fixture: Total 4 kind of square fixture, disc, planting fixture, glass- ceramics fixture. Please choose one according to the special workpiece.1.2.4 Spindle & cut cooling water pump fix on the tank, Spindle cooling pump outlet pipe
6、for 8mm in diameter. Therere reflux hole above the tank. The cutting cooling pump outlet for 10mm in diameter. All water pump drive by power 220V A.C.1.2.5 Pressure Regulator & Trachea pipe equipment: Enclose total 5 transparent PU tubes, the article one with a quick pipe plug to air pipe called
7、 Air supply pipe, quick join termination connect the gas source, another port connect the inlet from regulator valve. From the pressure regulator to machine therere one short tracheal 8mm in diameter thats supply gas to equipment directly. General equipment supply pressure value between 0.5Mp0.65Mp(
8、 Normal working pressure), please check the air pressure value before operation. Spindle cooling trachea is two 8mm diam. pipe, the inlet pipe should be connected the pump, the outlet pipe should be connect to the water tank.1.2.6 Replacing tools must use the special replacement tool from the origin
9、al factory: Put the tool sleeve in the tool holder later set the tools , use the tool cover pressure tightly.1.2.7 One equipment magazine 12 tools in white circle. Tool sleeves and tool holders is easy to loss materials. If the tool is too loose, please replace in time. Do not use different types of
10、 tool for replace. The tool sleeves and the tool holders should be fit, if not fit correct would lead to cutting knife break or tool change not successful.1.2.8 Workbench designs according to the size of the equipment, all trepanning are one to one correspondence with. Installer will place the equip
11、ment in the suitable position, if you need to move the machine please loose the six positioning anchor below the bench. The bottom has a universal wheel can move random. After moving to the right position, please lock the anchor, and keep stable.1.2.9 Two pumps were cutting fluid pumps and spindle c
12、ooling water pump, water pump voltage is 220V AC 80w, please ensure that the equipment enclosure grounding before use.1.2.10 Equipment is equipped with two tanks: large one is cutting fluid tank, small one is cooling water tank. Spindle cooling tank need to add antifreeze, generally add 10L antifree
13、ze. Big tank need to put cutting fluid and water: cutting fluid and water ratio of 1:5. If not put cutting fluid, it is great wastage for cutting tool in metal processing, some of spare parts would be rust when touch the water without cutting fluid.1.2.11 The equipment spindle chuck is rapid-wear pa
14、rt. If the nipped tool unstable , it should be change the spindle chuck. Use the loose-knife tool turn out the chuck by anticlockwise, and clockwise fix the new chuck .1.2.12 Each equipment prepare for two keys, please properly keep for a rainy day.1.2.13 Device equipped with a oil-water separator,
15、due to many customers factories air source didnt equip the device oil-water separator and dryer, a water and oil in the air of equipment would damage to the internal components. Please be sure to under the guidance of installation personnel used correctly. The accessories have automatic drainage fun
16、ction can automatic drainage. But please do daily check, check whether there is more water within the machine part, and please manual ruled out the water in a timely manner. 1.2.14 Wiper film is easy wearing part, it should be changed in every 3 months.1.2.15 Different fixture install with different
17、 screw type, please correct install according to the requirement. The fixtures installation please refer to the manual .16 The hexagonal wrench is according to the installed screw type of equipment fixture, different screw should be choosed in appropriate wrench.1.2.17 Please mix the Cutting
18、fluid with water in right proportion, and check the cutting fluid if metamorphism or not when it is in long-time use, if therere degenerative, please change in time.1.2.18 Device must be used the original equipped power line, the power line is 20A grounding with three core, please dont trample crush
19、ing.1.2.19 Before dry cutting, machining every half time operate, it must be added lubricant to the rotating parts of equipment.2.Safe Operation 2.1 Swing Safety2.1.1 Machine tool lifting must pay attention to centre-of-gravity position weight of the packing, ensure that light up and light put, did
20、not tilt, collision or turbulence. Long-distance transport must use the special container. 2.1.2 Lifting machine: To prevent the machine shells paint is damaged, the rope contact with the surface of machine tool should be separated with rubber, wooden objects or soft mat.2.2 Electrical Equipment Saf
21、ety2.2.1 Equipment using the power of AC220V 50HZ, allows the supply voltage deviation AC205V-235V range. Please check and confirm the power supply voltage before plug-in.2.2.2 Equipment power supply must have a safety ground, after turning on the power supply must check whether the ground is connec
22、ted with equipment shell, grounding resistance shall not be bigger than 1,otherwise you will get an electric shock.2.2.3 0.45Mp-0.6Mp is for the equipment normal working air pressure, please adjust the air pressure to the scope of cover. Air compressor should often drainage, avoid pneumatic accessor
23、ies into water, causing the pneumatic fittings can not normal operation or shorten the service life of the components.2.3 Operational Safety 2.3.1 Please be sure to close the back door equipment before power on. After power on, the panel red OFF-buttons light on, low pressure part electric equipment
24、 internal circuit, all photoelectric switch lights, pressure gauge shows the current pressure. 2.3.2 Check the barometric pressure is within the scope of the normal operating pressure before starting. If not, please adjustment it in correct. Press the ON-Key to open the equipment power supply, lamp
25、shows green-buttons on, pneumatic equipment start, display shows the Windows XP System start . 2.3.3 After system start up, equipment control program automatically start, screen keyboard also start at the same time, Please choose and perform with lightly touch screen icon and operation control syste
26、m.3.Processing Installation Fixture and Accessories3.1 Introduction of Fixture and InstallationA3.1.1 Square fixtureBSquare fixture using the square material of150*150*35. 27、9*10、12、14、16. Install screw: Left 2Pcs for (A)M5*16; Right 2Pcs for (B)M5*203.1.3 Planting JigPlanting jig using the special planting material, install 2Pcs screw: M5* Glass ceramic jigBAGlass ceramic jig must use special standard glass ceramic material, it can be installed four processed p

Install screws: Right 2Pcs for (A)M5*16, 4Pcs for (B)M3*124.System Operation Interfaces4.1 Equipment Start the Initial OperationBoot program to run automatically after open control system, the current state as the initial state, all back to the mechanical origin should be c
29、arried out on equipment. At the reference point interface, click back all equipment back to the origin.Note: Whether automatic or manual operation the equipment must motion axis to origin, otherwise the equipment soft limit would not take effect.4.2 Manual Operation Guide4.1.1 When select ”manual” m
30、ode, we can start perform manual operation. First choose the motion axis on interface, such as X axis, and select the motion way, choose ”continuous” for the sport is pressed to run a positive or negative: the shaft stops running after run continuously until the release button. Inching operation, su
31、ch as choosing the motor running to run at 0.01, each running press the run button only exercise 0.01, until the release button again then press again 0.01 running distance. If choosing 0.1,1 to 10, set the running distance. If you want to run a specified distance click on button, and input one more
32、 running distance.4.1.2 If need to change the tool please click on the “ Tool library door” soft keys, but before open tool library must check that the spindle position and determine the spindle position in the zero position. Then open the Tool library door and replace the tool. If need to change th
33、e tool of the spindle clamping head, please hold the spindle tool press the metal loosened buttons on the panel, move the tool and change a new tools. Replace the spindle tool must be manually tool setting, choose the manual operating interface, the software page click the fixed tool button can perf
34、orm manual setting.手动操作界面4.2 Program Running Automatically4.2.1 After each startup of the equipment, it must be back to the machanical origin. Back to the mechanical origin needs to be in reference point click all back to the interface, then you can perform all shaft back to the origin. After all sh
35、aft back to the origin can start loading file. Its better unload the last file processing before load a new file. Single-click “uninstall” and deleted the last file processing. And single-click “load” and therere pop up file loading dialog box, select the processing file storage location path, choos
36、e the processing file and open, the file loaded successfully.4.2.2 Before processing it need to put the processing file to the simulation. Click the “ automatic” interface and choose “simulation” model, close the prodect door then you can start perform simulation operation. When completed the operat
37、ion of simulation, you can see the required times at the processing time fence. If the processing showing completion in the information bar, then you can click the “simulation” close the simulation mode. Single-click the “ start” to perform processing. If therere showing the siulation is beyond the
38、scope of work, it should be check of the informaitons, such as follow figure showing “*” meaning that it is exceed the scope of processing.5.Spot Inspection&Maintenance5.1 Daily Inspection5.1.1 Before daily inspection, please check if the tool is placed in accordance with the requirements. Pleas
39、e check the blade and cutting tool in case long time no use.5.1.2 And check whether there is foreign matter on the tool setting gauge, the tool surface flatness or not, whether the tool is placed in position.5.1.3 Check the spindle & workpiece cooling water tank were water shortage or not. And spindle cooling water pump can see circulating water flow or not. Open worpiece cooling water pump to check if water flow is normal.5.1.4 Before and after processing to check whether there is water in electric control cabinet.5.1.5 Manual opened
