眼轮匝肌瓣联合眶隔脂肪瓣矫正上睑凹陷的临床应用及美学效果分析

1、眼轮匝肌瓣联合眶隔脂肪瓣矫正上睑凹陷的临床应用及美学效果分析摘要 目的：探讨眼轮匝肌瓣联合眶隔脂肪瓣矫正上 睑凹陷的临床应用及美学效果。 方法：选择 2016 年 7 月 -2017 年 7 月本院收治的 100 例上睑凹陷患者随机分为对照组（ 50 例）和观察组（ 50 例）。对照组给予传统眼睑肌瓣矫正术治 疗，观察组给予眼轮匝肌瓣联合眶隔脂肪瓣矫正术治疗。观 察比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗满意度。结果：治疗后，观 察组患者重睑线自然流畅，上睑凹陷明显改善，美学效果显 著提高。观察组总有效率为 94.0%显著高于对照组的 78.0%， 差异有统计学意义（PvO.05）;观察组总满意度为 96.

8、 ， it is worth in the clinical application.Key words： orbicularis muscle flap ； septum orbitale fat flap； sunken upper eyelid ； orthodontic surgery ； esthetic effect上睑凹陷是整形美容科常见的一种面部缺陷病，其主要 指患者眼睑皮肤松弛下垂及上睑眶下缘出现严重凹陷1 。研究发现，上睑凹陷主要是由上眼睑脂肪萎缩，导致患者眼眶 脂肪无充足容量引起 2 。其最直接的结果是， 皮肤弹性下降， 眼睑部出现畸形，严重影响患者生活质量3 。目前，临床常采用传统眼睑肌瓣矫正术治疗，但是此方法不能形成完美重 睑，甚至可造成重睑严重畸形
