5、性、准确性及完整性负责;3.2. 甲方必须如实向乙方律师陈述案情,提供有关本案的证据。乙方接受委托后,发现甲方捏造事实弄虚作假,有权终止法律服务,依约所收费用不予退还;3.3. 根据本协议按时、足额向乙方支付法律服务费。party a should, in accordance with this contract, pay the legal service fees in full and on time to party b.4. 乙方义务/responsibility of party b4.1. 乙方应勤勉尽责、谨慎地执行甲方委托的法律事务,依法维护甲方合法权益;party b sh

9、 be borne by party b.5.3. 因本协议工作产生的文印费、翻译费、相关部门收费及武汉中心城区外的交通、食宿等必要费用由甲方承担。6. 通知和送达/ notice and service6.1. 甲乙双方因履行本协议而相互发出或者提供的所有通知、文件、资料,均以本协议所列明的地址、传真或电子邮件送达,一方如果迁址或者变更电话、传真、电子邮件的,应当以书面形式通知对方。all notifications, files and data mutually issued by both parties arising from the performance of this agr

20、偿责任的,受托方须对此损失予以赔偿。受托方的责任赔偿限额和追诉时效为司法行政机关规定,受托方投保的保险公司律师职业责任保险条款规定的赔偿限额和追诉时效。五、本案基于委托方对真实案情的叙述和受托方对案件难易程度的评估,双方经协商,同意律师费按如下办法支付:按工作小时收费:2500元人民币/时,按阶段提供工作记录,按阶段计算工作小时并支付律师费。上述律师费不包括为办理本案件所花费的膳宿费、差旅费、翻译费、通讯费和其他办案杂费。委托方未及时支付律师费或对工作时间有异议的,受托方有权暂时停止工作。the attorney fees shall be paid according to the work

22、况下,委托方同意根据律师工作量、办案进程、案件处理效果等因素支付与之相当的律师费和其他费用,受托方业已收取的律师费之超出部分应予退还。受托方尚未开始工作的,退还部分不超过全部律师的80%;受托方业已开始工作的,退还部分不超过全部律师费的50%。委托方因其他正当理由提出提前解除本合同的,经受托方同意可以解除本合同,在考虑律师的工作量、办案进程、案件处理效果等因素后,委托方同意支付与之相当的律师费和其他费用,受托方业已收取的律师费之超出部分应予退还。退费限额为全部律师费的50%。6. any party shall not terminate the contract without any re
