2、爱氇谴净。为进一步实施人才强校战略，保证我校讲座教授工作的顺利实施，保障甲乙双方的合法权益，根据中华人民共和国教师法、华南理工大学讲座教授聘任办法的相关规定，经甲乙双方协商订立本合同。残骛楼諍锩瀨濟溆塹籟。In order to further implement the University policy of “ Strengthening the University byRecruiting Talented People” , to ensure that the chair professor undertake his/her duties successfully,and to

Employme nt Terms甲方

4、聘任乙方为我校讲座教授，岗位聘期为三年。聘期自 20 年 月 日至 20 年 月 日。聘任期满，聘任合同自动解除。Party A employs Party B as chair professor at SCUT for three years start ing from_ (date)2 / 8of(month),(year) to(date) of(month), _ (year). 5、rticle II. Duties and Tasks of Party B1 教学任务（包括承担核心课程的讲授任务，开设本学科前沿领域课程或讲座等）：1. Teach ing （which in eludes teach ing core an d fron tier courses in the related fields, and lectures and prese ntations.）謀养抟箧飆鐸怼类蒋薔。2 科研任务（包括以甲方为第一作者单位，并以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SC 收录论文，或以甲方教师名义出版论著，以甲方为依托单位主持或参与科研项目等）：厦礴恳蹒骈時盡继價骚。2.

6、 Scientific research （which includes SCI journal papers with Party A as the first author s affiliati on or the con tactauthor affiliati on; or books with the author afiliati on to Party A; or research projects headed by Party B or Party B sparticipation with Party A as his/her affiliaO广 鳓鯡选块网羈泪。3 学科

7、建设任务（包括协助甲方相关学科建设，对学科发展方向和研究重点提供重要建 议，扩大甲方相关学科的国际影响力） ：鹅娅尽損鹌惨歷茏鴛賴。3. Discipli ne Con struct ion （which in cludes assisti ng Party A in related discipli ne con struct ion, putting forwardsuggestions on discipline development and on research priorities, and helping PartyA to enhance its intern ati ona

8、l in flue nee and status in the related discipli nes.）籟丛妈羥为贍债蛏练淨。4 人才培养任务（组建或参与组建科研团队，联合培养博士、硕士研究生，指导博士后研究人员、青年教师，互派高级访问学者等）：預頌圣鉉儐歲龈讶骅籴。4. Personnel cultivation （which includes setting up or helping setting up scientific research teams, join t-supervis ing3 / 8PhD can didates and MA/MSC can didates,

9、 supervis ing postdoctoral researchers and young teachers, and helping withorganizing exchanging visiting scholars.）渗釤呛俨匀谔鱉调硯錦。5国际交流合作（包括促进甲方与国外科研机构或企业在科研项目合作、学术互访、学生联合培养等方面的合作，邀请知名外国专家来校访问等）：铙誅卧泻噦圣骋贶頂廡。5. Intern ati onal com muni catio ns and cooperati on (which in eludes promoti ng cooperati on be

Rights and Obligations、甲方权利1. Rights of Party A甲方根据学校的有关规定，对乙方

11、进行管理；甲方依照合同约定的工作目标及任务，对 乙方进行考核。Party A is en titled to supervise Party B in accorda nee with releva nt Un iversity rules and regulations, to assess PartyB s performanee on the basis of thecoHtrtti阊邺镓騷。二、甲方义务2. Obligati ons of Party A1 .依法维护乙方应享有的各项权利。A. To guara ntee releva nt rights of Party B in l

To provide Party B with the follow ing work ing and liv ing con diti ons:蜡變黲癟報伥铉锚鈰赘。4 / 8(1) 乙方来校工作期间，甲方为乙方提供讲座教授周转公寓，入住期间发生的水电煤气费等由乙方自行缴纳，学校按专家公寓房租标准收取租金；買鯛鴯譖昙膚遙闫撷凄。a. To provide Party B with appropriate apartme nt with sta ndard school rent. Par

13、ty B n eeds to pay for the rentaccording to the standard of SCUT,as well as the utility fees (including water, electricity, and gas, etc.).綾镝鯛駕櫬鹕踪韦辚糴。(2) 甲方为乙方在聘期内购买一份保额拾万左右的国内意外伤害商业保险；b. To purchase accide nt in sura nee of 100,000 RMB for Party B.驅踬髏彦浃绥譎饴憂锦（3）在聘期内，甲方根据讲座教授工作需要提供科研活动经费贰拾万元（主要用于国际差旅

14、费）。c. To provide Party B with scientific research fund of 200,000 RMB （which includes travel expenses） during theemployment.猫虿驢绘燈鮒诛髅貺庑。三、乙方权利3. Rights of Party B1.甲方根据乙方实际来校工作时间（附护照出入境记录及来校机票复印件），按人民币 肆万元/月（税前）的标准计算薪酬。锹籁饗迳琐筆襖鸥娅薔。A. Party A shall pay Party B pre-tax salary of 40,000 RMB per month in

15、accorda nee with his/her actual stay at SCUT構氽頑黉碩饨荠龈话骛。2 享受甲方为其提供的工作和生活条件。B. Party B has the right to enjoy work and living facilities provided by Party A.輒峄陽檉簖疖網儂號泶。四、 乙方义务4. Obligati ons of Party B5 / 81. 认真遵守国家法律、法规和甲方的各项规章制度。A. To abide by the laws and regulations of the People s Republic of Chi

16、na an尧those of Party A.侧閆繭絳闕绚勵蜆贅。2. 聘期内保证每年在甲方讲座教授岗位上工作时间2 个月以上。B. To un dertake to spe nd no less tha n two mon ths each year at SCUT as chair professor duri ngthe employment.识饒鎂錕缢灩筧嚌俨淒。3. 全面履行岗位职责，完成岗位的工作目标及任务；聘期结束时乙方须按要求向甲方提交聘期考核表；接受甲方的监督、考核及管理。凍鈹鋨劳臘错痫婦胫籴。C.To fully complete the duties and tasks.

17、 Upon the expirati on of the con tract, Party B is requested to submit anassessme nt form to Party A, and to be assessed accord in gly.恥諤銪灭萦欢煬鞏鹜 錦。4.乙方在聘期内讲座教授岗位上所取得的教学、科研等成果均属职务成果，其发表有关 论文、著作或申报有关奖励、专利和科研项目及经费等，均须同时署乙方及甲方名（即必须同 时署作者及作者单位，作者单位署甲方名）。鯊腎鑰诎褳鉀沩懼統庫。D. Party B s teaching and scientific ach

18、ievements during the employment are regarded as part of on-duty achievements. Accord in gly, his/her published academic papers, books or awards, pate nts, research projects and funds must bear then ames of both Party B and Party A. In other words, they must bear the n ames of the author and his/her affiliati on to PartyA.硕癘鄴颃诌攆檸攜驤蔹。第四条考核Article IV. Assessme nt1.甲方根据聘任合同岗位目标和工作任务对乙方进行聘期考核， 乙方须按要求向甲方提 交考核材料，考核结果作为其绩效评估的主要依据。阌擻輳嬪諫迁择植秘騖。6 / 81. Party A is entitled to organize final assessment on Party B in acc
