1、工资专项集体合同COLLECTIVE CONTRACT ON SALARY第一条 本合同由 _ (单位)与 _ 工会根据中华人民共和国劳动法、中华 人民共和国劳动合同法、中华人民共和国工会法、江苏省集体合同条例、江苏省工资支付条例、劳动和社会保障部工资集体协商试行办法等有关规定, 通过对企业本年度的生产经营和经济效益状况的分析与预测,对照政府发布的工资指 导线、工资指导价位和本地区、行业职工的工资平均水平,经双方平等协商一致签订。Article 1 This con tract is made betweenand the Trade Union of, accord ingto “ Labo

It is sig ned after equal n egotiati on of both parties, based on the an alysis and forecast of the product ion and operati on of en terprises and econo mic situati on, compar ing the gover nment salary guideli ne, level and the average salary of the same

4、 area and same in dustry.第二条经协商双方就企业本年度职工工资、福利增长水平和分配办法形成如下意见:Articles 2 After consultations, the two parties decide the growth level of Company ssalary and ben efits and its distributi on pla n as follows:1. 在上年度企业职工人均工资元的基础上,本年度企业职工人均工资增幅为% ;On the basis of previous year Company employees average

7、orking ration;3. 奖金分配办法; Bonus distribution plan;4. 津贴、补贴标准; Allowance distribution standard;5. 保险福利; Insurance and welfare;6. 其他双方认为需要协商的有关职工工资、福利的条款。Other items that both parties think should be negotiated concerned employee salary and welfare.第四条 工会依法对企业遵守工资支付规定的情况进行监督,发现违法违规行为,有权 要求改正。Article 4

8、Trade Union supervises company s implementation of salary distribution policy and is entitled to demand correction when founding violations of laws and regulations.第五条 本合同由集体合同监督检查小组负责监督,企业应每半年一次向职代会(职工 大会)公布工资专项集体合同履行情况。Article 5 The supervision group of the collective contract is responsible for s

9、uperintending the execution of the present contract. Company should report theimplementation of Collective Contract on Salary to the Employees Representative Convention at least once every year.第六条 本合同签订后,遇有不可抗力或企业经营状况发生重大变化,双方可协商修改 合同,但每年只能一次。Article 6 This Contract can be modified but only once ev

10、ery year, since the signingdate of the contract, based on two parities negotiation when company suffers fromforce majeure or big changes.第七条 本合同有效期为一年,于 年 月 日起至 年 日止。并于期满前三个月 内进行下一轮工资集体协商。Article 7 The validity of the contract is one year, starting from_ to , and thenext round of consultation on sal

11、ary shall begin within 3 months before the expiry thereof.第八条 本合同签订后,企业应在 10 日内报送当地劳动保障行政部门审查。劳动行政 部门自收到本合同之日起十五日内未提出异议的,本合同即行生效。Article 8 The contract should be delivered to local Labor and Social Security Bureau for censoring within 10 days since its signing. The contract will come into effect if no exception from local labor guarantee bureau within 15 days since it gets the contract.生效的合同一式四份,双方各执一份,一份由劳动保障行政部门存档,一份报上级工 会备案,并在 10 日内向全体职工公布。The contract is made in four copies, each party holding one, Labor and Social Security Bureau and the superior Trade Union holding one each a
