1、食品安全问题引起的思考和建议民以食为天，食品安全向来都是人民生活之根本， 国家稳定之基础，社会发展 之前提。而最近接二连三爆出的社会食品安全问题， 双汇瘦肉精事件，染色馒头 事件，沈阳毒豆芽事件等着一连串的食品质量问题的曝光， 却大大增加了我们对 这一国之根本的关注和担忧。仔细回想这一连串的食品问题，发现并不是偶然巧合，而是目前特殊条件下多 方社会经济道德因素共同作用下的结果。 我国目前正处于由计划经济向市场经济 转型期间，原有制度在新的经济形势下明显有些“力不从心”，这就给一些不法 分子提供了可乘之机，他们利用当前法律的盲点和漏洞， 大肆造假，以谋取不法 利润。当前社会大众对食品安全观念的淡

2、漠也大大加重了食品安全的危险，而且当前的政管力度尚需加强也是原因之一，个别地方政府处于对保护地方利益或一 己私利的考量，对于食品造假者采取睁一只眼闭一只眼的态度，更加助长了造假者的嚣张气焰。此外，当前社会“金钱至上” “利润第一”的道德观无疑更加深 了造假者的危害性。纵观原因种种，我们不难发现目前食品安全问题并不是一个 孤立的现象，而是跟我们目前特殊的社会大环境有密不可分的联系， 只有从多方 面着手，才能真正解决当前问题。面对当前日益严重的食品安全问题，我们大致可以从三方面着手一、加强食品源头质量监管，严格市场准入制度。搞好食品安全，必须从源 头抓起，切实抓好种植、养殖、生产加工、批发零售和消

3、费四个环节，做到环环 相扣，全方位监管。二、加强食品流通、消费领域的监管，提高上市食品卫生质量安全水平。食品质量是食品安全的关键所在，加强对食品质量的监管是确保流通、 消费领域食品 安全的重要任务。 一是充分利用抽查、 巡查和专项检查等形式， 有组织有计划地 开展食品安全的监管工作。三、加强新时代的社会道德教育刻不容缓。 所有那些昧着良心的造假者无一例外 的是道德沦丧的德典型。对于这种“向钱看，向厚赚”的社会风气，只能从加强 社会道德教育层面上去解决。另外，放开媒体监督、允许民办报纸，言者无罪。 加强对企业的监督。四、消费者本身在购买商品时应加强自我防范意识 ，例如：注意看食品包装 标识是否齐

4、全，注意食品外包装是否标明商品名称，配料表、净含量、厂名、厂 址、电话、生产日期、保质期、产品标准号等内容；注意看食品的生产日期或失 效日期，注意食品是否超过保质期等等。所以，从食品安全入手，做好方方面面的工作，只有这样百姓才能安居乐业， 和谐社会才能真正建立。Thinking of food safety issues and recommendations arisingAs we all know food safety has always been the root of people's lives, the basis fornational stability and

7、nsition period from planed economy to the market economy , the original system in the new economic situation was somewhat "powerless", which gives criminals an opportunity to capitalize some of their blind spot using the current laws and loopholestomake many deceiptive behaviors , in order

8、 to gain huge profits.on the other hand the current concept of public indifference to the safety of food has greatly increased the risk of food safety, also the current efforts still need to enhance the political control as some other local governments try to protect the local interests in their own

9、 self-interest or considerations, they fraud to take an eye, one eye closed attitude toward food safety issues, so that contribute to the arrogance of counterfeiters. In addition, the current society, "money first" "profits first" no doubt deepened the moral dangers of counterfei

Throughout these reasons, we find that the current food safety problem is not an isolated phenomenon, but nextricably linked with our current special social environment.so we must settle these issues from different areas in order to truly solve the problem.In the face of increasingly serious f

11、ood security issues,as far as I am concernedwe can generally start with threeapproaches.First, we must strengthen the quality supervision of food sources, build strict market access system.and Improve food security,we must start from the source, earnestly carry out planting, breeding, production, pr

12、ocessing, wholesale and retail and consumer four links, so interlocking, all-round monitoring.Second, increase food distribution, consumption monitoring, improve the quality and safety standards of food hygiene market. Food quality is the key to food security, strengthen the supervision on food qual

13、ity is to ensure that circulation, consumption of food safety an important task. The first full use of spot checks, inspections and special inspections and other forms of organized and planned to carry out the monitoring of food safety.Third, to strengthen the social and moral education in the new e
