年终总结中英

1、年终总结转眼间 2021 年即将过去, 我来到意中公司已经有了一年多的时间, 其间在公司领导及各位同事 的帮助与支持下,我严格要求自己,努力根据公司的要求提升工作水平,较好地完成了自己的本职 工作.回忆过去的一年,自己取得了很大的进步,获得了很多的经验教训,在工作上也取得了一定 的成果,同时自己还存在有诸多的缺乏.现将这一年的工作总结如下：一 工作总结从正式工作到现在的这段时间里：我独立完成了多个工程的技术文档初审、整改以及终审并协 助完成整个认证工程； 独立完成了一些认证标准和标准的译； 协助 bob 和 tracy 完成其他工作任务； 目前自己正在熟悉 CPD、LD 、PED 等指令.二

2、工作心得1、在这一年的 CE 认证工作中,很多工程是和同事一起完成的,在这个过程中我强化了最珍贵 也是最重要的团队意识.大家在工作中互相提醒和相互补充,大大提升了工作效率,让我意识到了 所有的工作中沟通是最重要的,一定要把信息处理的及时、有效和清楚.2、工作中的每一步都要精准细致,力求精细化.在TCF 的审核工作中,应严格根据指令中的要求对技术文件逐一地、细致地进行审核,保证整改项中的每一项有据可依,并在审核过程中作好 相关记录,防止重复工作；在标准和标准的译工作中,应当充分利用身边的资源并查阅相关资料, 尽量使用专业词汇,保证每一个单词、每一个句子的正确性以及与原文的一致性.3、在一年的工作

3、中, 我学到了很多技术上和业务上的知识, 与身边同事的合作也变得更加默契, 并从他们身上学到了很多知识技能和为人处事的方法；经过实际的经验教训,我深刻体会到了在工 作中出现问题自己要勇于担当,及时与领导和同事进行沟通并采取相应的举措.三、存在的问题经过一年的工作学习, 我发现了自己离一个职业化人才还有一定的差距, 主要表达在工作技能、 工作习惯和工作思维的不成熟,这也是我以后要在工作中需要不断磨练和提升的地方.仔细总结一 下,自己在这一年的工作中主要有以下方面做得不够好：1、工作的条理性不够清楚 在手头上工程比拟多的情况下,自己不能够十分合理的对每个工程进行规划,有时会造成一些 不必要的重复工

4、作,目前我已经总结出了一套比拟适合自己的工作方法,但其仍然还有很大的优化 空间.2、缺乏工作经验由于缺乏工作经验,自己对某些产品以及其测试过程不了解,从而对某些指令或标准中的局部 内容理解会有偏差,从而导致一些工作上的失误.同时在译工作中,自己对一些专用词汇、语句 不能够熟练地应用.3、缺乏沟通技巧 同事之间需要通过交流沟通,才能够增强彼此之间相互了解、相互配合,从而能够更好地完成 各自的工作.因此,怎么和本部门人员进行沟通,怎么和其他部门进行沟通,是我以后需要重点学 习的地方.四、工作方案目前在 CE 认证方面,公司正在开拓 CPD 认证的市场,自己应抓紧时间熟悉并掌握CPD、 LD 、PE

5、D 等指令.在今后应勤勤恳恳,踏踏实实地做好每一项工作,处理好每一个细节,努力提升自己 的专业技能和执行力,使自己尽快地进步和成长起来.其中,以下几点是我明年重点要提升的地方：1、要提升工作的主动性,合理安排自己的工作任务,不断改善工作方法；2、把握一切时机提升工作水平,并增强平时知识和工作的总结；3、不断积累工作经验,增强与领导和同事之间的沟通. 通过这一年多的工作,我对认证行业和自己的责任都有了一定的熟悉,在以后的工作中,我希 望能够得到更多的锻炼时机,同时自己也会更加勤奋更加努力,认认真真地做好自己的本职工作, 并不断地去扩展自己的业务知识和业务水平,为公司创造更多的价值.2021 年

Now I summarize my work in this year as follows:Work summaryDuring the year, I did the initial check, modification and final check of the TCF in many certification items on my own and ass

8、isted to complete the overall items, translated some certification regulations and standards by myself, assisted bob and tracy with other tasks and now I am learning the CPD and other directives.Work experience1In this year, I completed many items together with my colleagues, and it strengthened my

At the same time, we reminded and informed each other, which helped to improve our work efficiency greatly, and it also made me realized that communication is the most essential in all works and the information should be processed t

10、imely, effectively and clearly.2. It should be precise and careful for me to do every work. When checking the TCF, the documents should be checked seriatim and carefully as the directives specified to ensure all items in the NC list is evidence-based, and keep a record in the checking process to avo

The certification regulations and standards should be translated by utilizing the resources around and consulting related information, and the technical terms are supposed to be used to ensure the validity and conformity.3. In a year of work, I learnt much business and technical knowle

12、dge. The cooperation with my colleagues became better and I also learnt much from them. With the actual experience, I realized that I should be brave to confess my mistakes, and inform them to my leaders and colleagues in time to take some measures to remedy.ShortcomingsBy working and learning for o

Lack of experienceAs lack of work experience, I don't know some products and their test procedures well, so sometimes I would misunderstand a few s
