1、    精细化管理在医院门诊药房管理中的应用分析    朱广焕摘要 目的 分析和探讨精细化管理在医院门诊西药房管理中的应用。 方法 以该医院2018年110月在门诊西药房中1 000张药方作为该次研究对象，试验组500张，来自实行门诊西药房精细化管理期间，观察组500张，来自门诊西药房常规管理期间。将两组按照门诊西药方合格率、取药等候时间、单方配药时间以及人员日调剂量等方面来进行对比。结果 试验组门诊西药方合格率为98.80%，观察组为92.60%，试验组合格率占有极大优势，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。试验组门诊西药房工作人员日调剂量要远远大
