1、Unit 3 How do you make a banana milk shake?一、教材分析本单元以制作一些家庭饮食为话题,主要谈论一些常见的家庭饮食方面的制作方法,通过丰富多彩的口语练习,掌握制作方法的同时,又在语言情境中,对一些不可数名词和可数名词加以区分和应用,熟练掌握这些名词的表达方式和口语中的提问方式,同时还要学习掌握一些新词,如:shake , blender , yogurt , ingredient , teaspoon , watermelon , a cup of , bowl , popcorn , sauce , turkey , slice , relish ,
2、 lettuce , sandwich , bread , top , recipe, duck , pancake , honey , 还有一些动词及短语,如:turn on , cut up , pour , peel , put into , mix up , add ,roll 及how many 与how much的区别应用。二、 学生分析 1) 知识基础 在七年级中已经有两个单元介绍了大量的食品单词。但本单元对部分的词汇以及制作过程的学习存在一定难度。 2) 思维能力 学生有较强的记忆力和模仿能力,但还有待培养知识的扩展运用能力和肢体运动智能。
3、3) 认知心理 学生有较强的求知欲和表现欲,但对于还存在自信不足或羞于表现的学生还要多加激励。三、 教学目标分析1)语言目标 掌握可数名词和不可数名词和How much / How many引导的特殊疑问句。2)能力目标听:能听懂制作一种食品的对话材料。说:能够描述制作一种家庭食品的过程。读:能读懂介绍食谱的文章。写:能写出 Section A 和 Section B中的重点单词和重点句型,并能够为自己最喜欢的食物写食谱。 3) 情感文化目标 (1)培养学生与人交往中具有的积极态度,了解中西方在谈论可数名词与不可数名词的不同方式;(2)了解更多的关于饮食方面

16、c中的对话提示,让学生利用目标语编对话。通过口语交际训练,充分学习领会制作奶昔的全过程。在学生熟知制作香蕉奶昔的同时学习制作苹果奶昔。这是对知识能力的迁移性训练。此时知识的适当拓展对学生来说容易接受。巩固所学知识,学习与生活紧密结合,学以致用。附课堂练习,可检测学生对所学知识的掌握程度。教学反思 :饮食这一话题,紧密联系学生生活,他们既熟悉又感兴趣。而且学生对milk shake 因新奇而产生求知欲,因此他们积极参与课堂活动,对make an apple shake 的程序掌握得很好,一些英语后进生也在课堂上“跃跃欲试”。此外,让学生学习制作apple shake 的制作,从而实现了对知识能力

37、学以致用。 相关练习课堂检测,以便掌握学生的学习认知情况。教学反思 : 通过图片展示制作水果沙拉的具体过程,从感知上学习表示顺序的词汇,然后对3a部分选词填空,让学生对顺序词产生理性认识并从口语训练中感知制作过程,为下一个口语任务打基础。3b为学习制爆米花的过程,也是对顺序词的进一步深入学习。学生对着一部分非常。感兴趣,并熟练的说出符合自己口味的爆米花的制作过程,大家各抒己见,课堂气氛相当活跃。这样就巩固了所学知识,学习与生活紧密结合,学以致用。但在课后在检查学生对制作过程的写作中发现了好多小错误,说明他们课堂上只顾说得高兴,而没有很好地有目的地掌握新知识。这引起了我的关注。Period Fo
