中医针灸结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果分析

1、    中医针灸结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果分析    韦丽丽曹军勇摘要目的 研究中醫针灸结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 选取2015年3月2017年3月在我院和南昌市按摩医院接受治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者82例，随机将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组41例。对照组单纯采用中医针灸治疗；治疗组采用中医针灸结合推拿治疗。比较两组患者的颈椎病症状消失时间、治疗总时间、颈椎生理功能恢复正常时间、总有效率、治疗期间出现的不良反应、治疗前后临床症状评分的改善幅度。结果 治疗组患者的颈椎病症状消失时间、治疗总时间、颈椎生理功能恢复正常时间短于对照组，差异
