2、可能会通过以下方式发出:1. 消防报警系统：全厂各处都安装有消防报警警铃，在没有任何通知下，如果消 防警铃鸣响，并持续较长一段时间，您必须从您的工作岗位立即疏散，但为了 区别误报警，一般我们以1分钟连续响铃为限，如果只是短暂响铃（连续响铃 在1分钟内），口广播没有同时启动或保安没有要求立即疏散的情况，您可以 不用理会，否则需立即按疏散计划进行紧急疏散到指定地点（长城大门口旁草 地）集合；2. 消防广播系统：止常情况下，如为火灾发生时或进行消防演习时，消防广播会 启动（除非故障）,广播会不断重复发岀疏散指示；3. 保安或公司应急响应小组（ert）通知：当消防报警系统及消防广播系统均同 时发主故障

3、时，各工作区域的保安员会通过公司广播或手提喇叭向所在区域进 行人工通知，必要时，应急响应小组（楼层疏散组成员）亦会i办助通知，要求 所在区域人员疏散；4. 经理或主管的临时紧急通知：必要情况下，经理或主管亦有可能临吋进行紧急 通知，要求现场人员进行紧急疏散。二、疏散指令一旦发出，现场所有人员（包括雇员、合同员工、外来访客等）都必须 立即放下手头的工作，立即从最近或以最快的方式离开所在现场，并尽快赶往集合地 点长城员工正常出入口旁的草地，进行集合。疏散过程中需注意的事项：1. 不要携带任何公司财产迅速离开现场赶往集合地点；2. 疏散时不必进行安检及不必更换工衣和工鞋；3. 帮助有需要的人员进行疏

4、散（如老、弱、病、残、孕妇等）；4. 指导和照顾来访人员，并协助他们一起疏散；5. 在疏散过程屮遵循保安、楼层疏散小组成员、经理、主管的指引；6. 在疏散过程中不要乘坐电梯；7. 从现场疏散出來后，不能再重新返回（经过批准的紧急响应小组成员除外）三、集合现场：1. 当人员疏散到指定集合地点（长城北大门旁草地）后,必须按部门、生产拉 等进行整齐列队，部门第一个到达集合现场的人员，负责将本部门的集合牌 了举起，所在部门的其他人站于其后；2. 由各部门助理、组长、主管负责本部门人员的清点工作，人员清点时，只需 查清楚还滞留在灾场的人员情况（根据应到人数与实到人数判断），并必须查 岀未到人员的姓名及滞

8、fire, chemical spill, fire drill or other emergency incident or accident, the emergency evacuation signal maybe released through the follow approaches:1) fire bell alarm: our factory have been equipped with fire alarm system everywhere, if the fire alarm raises without any notification and keep soun

9、d for a long time, you must to evacuate from your work place immediately. but, in order to identify the fire alarm whether is true or false, we usually set one minute as the limit, if the alarm just sound in a short time (less than 1 minute) and no voice of pa system (fire broadcast system) in the m

10、eantime or security guard have no special notification in the following steps, you can ignore that, otherwise you must to evacuate to the assembly area (grassplot beside yard gate of great wall) from the work site immediately;2) fire pa system (fire broadcast system): in the normal situation, when t

11、he fire raises or con duct fire drill, the fire speaker will sound and anno unce fire emergency message and ask you evacuate from work site over and over except the system is in fault;3) security guard or ert (emergency reaction team) inform: if the fire alarm system and pa system are in fault i n t

12、he mean time, security guards or ert members will work, they will inform you loudly or use the speaker to notify you to evacuate immediately;4) managers or supervisors5 temporarily notify: if necessary, department head or related supervisor will notify you to evacuate from work site in emergency sit

14、operty out of work site;2) lt5s not necessary to pass security check, and no uniform changing, no esd shoes changing;3) help the pers on who needs to help (old, weak, sick, han dicapped, preg nant and so on)4) help visitors and evacuate with them together;5) follow security, ert members, your manage

15、r or supervisors5 instructions;6) don't use elevator;7) don't come back to the work site after evacuating except your approved ert members.iii. assembly area:1) when the people arrive at assembly area, you must line up as the department and product line, the first person who arrive at assemb

16、ly area responsible for hold the department/line board, and other department colleagues line behind him;2) department assistant/clerk, line leader, supervisor responsible for the department/line headcount counting, for reminder, you just count the headcount status who maybe leaving on the fire build

17、ing (you can judge by comparing the magic number and actual number, and must to find out the name and his/her position in the fire building, the report format refer to the above form:3) department supervisor/assistant should report their result to the fire drill general commander according to the ab
