28、.船东、买主和船舶经纪的作用1. 船东方面 船东在大多数情况下是通过船舶经纪来出售旧船的，交易中的日常洽淡和业务工作都由船舶经纪进行处理。但是船东还要做好以下几项工作： 准备全部销售文件 船东必须清理好旧船的一切财务、债务、海事、法律以及产权等问题，准备好旧船没有任何财务、债务、海事、法律问题和纠纷的有效证明和有关文件，船舶产权证书和卖契(产权由卖方转移给买方的有效法律文件)，以保证旧船交易和交接顺利进行。 核实旧船的文件与买船的一致性 船东应事先核实旧船的主要数据、船上设备、设施、器械及备件等，保证销售合同文件与旧船实际情况一致，以避免买家在验船时产生误会，影响成交或者在交船后提出索赔等不必
