At least 30 daysprior to the scheduled expiration of the Term, the Company shall offer the Employeea renewal of the Contract if the Company intends to renew the Contract. If theCompany offers to re

10、new the Contract, the Employee shall accept or refuse therenewal prior to the expiration of the Term. In the event that the Employee fails torespond prior to the expiration of the Term, the Employee shall be deemed to haverefused to renew the Contract.合同期满后本合同将终止。如果甲方打算续签合同，应当在本合同期满之日至少30 天前向乙方发出续签的

The Company has the right, after consulting with the Employee, to adjust the scope of the Employee s duties in terms of the Company administratives requirements, and the Employee professional capability and working performance. The Employee shall diligently perform his/her duties to the

13、best of his/her ability in accordance with the instructions of his/her supervisors, work in co-operation with his/her supervisors and colleagues, and observe the term of this Contract and the work rules of the Company contained in the Employee Handbook of the Company or otherwise issued by the Compa

After the satisfactory completion of the probationary period, the Company will conduct an assessment of the Employee s technical level, work attitude and efficiency etc. Thereafter the Company m

TheEmployee shall, however, have sole responsibility for any individual income tax and any other charges or taxes imposed on

29、etent for the employing requirement during his/her period of probation;在试用期内被证明不符合录用条件的；Seriously breach labor disciplines or regulations as stipulated by the Company; 严重违反劳动纪律或甲方依法制定的规章制度的；Seriously neglects his duty and engages in malpractices for selfish ends, thus causing significant harm to the

30、 interests of the Company; or严重失职、营私舞弊，对甲方利益造成重大损害的；被依法追究刑事责任的9.2The Company may dismiss the Employee with 30 days prior written notice if:乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方应提前30 天以书面形式通知乙方解除合同：the Employee suffers from a disease or has sustained an injury that is not work related, and is unable to resume his/her origin

32、 be incapable of achieving an adequate level of performance after training or transfer to a different position;乙方不能胜任本职工作，经培训或调整工作岗位仍不胜任工作的；a major change in the objective circumstances pursuant to which this Contract was entered into has rendered the Contract incapable of being carried out and the

33、Company and the Employee have failed to reach agreement on the amendment of the Contract; or合同订立时所依照的客观环境发生重大改变使合同无法正常履行，并且甲方和乙方对合同的修改无法达成一致的；the Company needs to reduce the number of its personnel in order to avoid serious economic problems or as a result of the occurrence of major production orope

36、and loses his labor capacity or part of the labor capacity, the fact of which is approved by the relevant government organization;乙方患职业病或因工负伤，经相关政府机构确认丧失或部分丧失劳动能力的；the Employee is ill or injured and is within the stipulated medical treatment period; 乙方患病或者负伤，在规定的医疗期内的；female staff during her pregnan

37、cy, puerperium or breast-feeding period; or乙方在孕期、产期、哺乳期内；under other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.法律、行政法规规定的其他情形；10 Termination of the contract by the Employee乙方单方面解除合同10.1The Employee may at any time resign from employment with the Company with 30 days written notice. If the Employ

38、ee does so resign, the Company shall have no obligation to pay any compensation to the Employee in respect of the termination of the Contract.乙方可以在任何时间辞退工作，但应提前 30天以书面形式通知甲方。如果乙方主动辞职，甲方将对合同的解除不承担任何赔偿义务。10.2If an Employee who has received training from the Company resigns pursuant to Article 10.1 bef

If the penalty for breach of contract cannot cover the losses of the Company caused by the Employee, the Employee shall compensate all losses of the Company.如果乙
