1、Unit 7 Reading BPOP STAR教学设计 教学设计理念（一）教材简析职业高中英语（提高版）第三册共10个单元，每个单元均以一个主要话题为主线，围绕该主线连缀“综合阅读”（Reading A）“听力训练（Listening）,“口语训练”（speaking）, “完全理解性阅读”（Reading B），“写作训练”（writing）和“语法”（Grammar）六个模块。我的课题是Unit 7 “Popular music and popular stars”的Reading B “Pop star”,整个单元围绕流行音乐展开讨论，是学生比较感兴趣的话题，也可以说是充斥在学生业余生

2、活之中的一个重要话题。本文在Reading A “Popular music”简单介绍20世纪欧美流行音乐，尤其是摇滚音乐的兴起和发展的前提下，又重点介绍了20世纪50年代曾红遍全美国的流行歌星Elvis Presley（猫王）。基于学生的基础和学习特点，我把Reading B 的学习分为三个课时，第一课时为单词的认读和学习，第二课时为课文内容的完全理解，第三课时为语言知识的学习和运用。本节为第二课时（完全理解）的内容。（二）学情分析与教学策略我所任教的08微机班已是高二，有一部分学生有一定的语言基础，学习较有主动性，但是仍有很大一部分学生在英语的学习上依然存在很大困难，学习兴趣不浓厚，上课注

3、意力分散，对学习效果有一定的影响。不过值得肯定的是他们大部分活泼好动，喜欢探究新事物，喜欢网络、歌星、球星、影星等。本课所要学习的Elvis对于现在的他们来说虽然似乎有些遥远，但我相信音乐的共性和对音乐的热衷会把学生很快带入课文的，同时我要运用灵活的课堂活动，利用能激起他们兴趣的多媒体课件和图片来集中他们的注意力，并创造条件和机会让学生发表见解，发挥他们的主动性。因此我运用了多媒体、录音机、竞赛用卡片、黑板等教具。（三）教学目标知识目标 掌握本课中的Hot words 和Useful expressions impress, demonstrate, outstanding, search,
