1、现代高校论文:现代高校师生关系研究【中文摘要】教育活动既要靠教师来实施,也要靠学生来接受, 作为现实的个人的教师和学生是教育理论研究的立足点和出发点。这 种“现实的个人”也构成了教育活动中最基本的一对矛盾一一教育主 体和教育客体之间的矛盾。师生关系是这一矛盾的主要体现。师生关 系是现代高校最基本、最重要的人际关系,对教师和学生的身心发展 产生深刻的影响,同时也是教育教学活动顺利开展的基础和人类文明 最基本的传承方式。随着知识经济时代的到来和改革开放的不断深入, 高校扩招和多校区建设的格局日益突出,现代高校师生关系出现了新 变化,新特点。中共中央宣传部、教育部关于进一步加强和改进高 等学校思想政

2、治理论课的意见中指出:''高等学校思想政治理论课 承担着对大学生进行系统的马克思主义理论教育的任务,是对大学生 进行思想政治教育的主渠道。”因此,要达到这种主渠道的作用,就必 须要加强现代高校师生关系的建设。所以,在这一历史条件下,现代高 校师生关系状况如何,如何审视新情境下的高校师生关系并对其进行 理性思考,是值得深入探讨的课题。本文主要通过文献法、经验法、 理论联系实际法和抽样问卷调查法展开分析研究。采用文献法大量收 集国内外在本研究领域的成果,并对收集的资料进行研究、对比、筛 选,从而归纳总结出目前研究状况的发展趋势,为论文的进一步研究 奠定理论基础。釆用抽样问卷调查法对

3、西安科技大学、西安电了科技 大学、西安建筑科技大学、西北工业大学、长安大学、西安财经学院、 西安邮电学院七所高校的100名教师和500名学*进行问卷调查、统 计和分析,在借鉴相关学者的已有研究成果基础上,笔者认为现代高 校师生关系存在以下突出问题:(1)权威依附式师生关系;(2)静态目 标预成式师生关系;单向度知识传播式师生关系;工具理性下 功利式师生关系;(5)主客体二元对立式师生关系。针对以上问题进行 原因分析包括:(1)现代高校对师生关系的重视程度不够;(2)我国传 统文化的负面影响;师生间人文情怀的缺失;现代高校师生文 化价值观的失落;(5)现代高校管理模式的变化。综合上述理论分析和

4、实际工作研究,本文在分析现代高校师生关系存在的问题和原因的基 础上提出了构建现代高校师生关系的对策:(1)民主平等式师生关 系;(2)动态相互尊重式师生关系;(3)情理交融式师生关系;(4)和谐 融洽式师生关系;(5)主体间多向互动式师生关系。同时,为了使现代 高校师生关系的教育对策能够得到有效实施,还提出了具体的保障措 施:(1)更新教育教学思想和观念;(2)高校管理制度改革。【英文摘要】education activities should not only by teachers to implement, also want to rely on students to accept,

9、ry course in col 1ege undertakes for undergraduate education of marxist theory, is the main channel of ideological and political education of college students themselves。” therefore, to this role as the main channel, we must strengthen construct the relations between students and teachers of the mod

10、ern university. so, in this historical conditions, the relations between students and teachers of the modern university status, how to survey and rational think the new situation of relations between students and teachers in the modern university is worth further discussing .this paper mainly throug

11、h documentation analysis, experience method, the theory connected with the practice method and sampling questionnaire to launch analysis research through documentation analysis to collect a large of domestic and foreign research achievements in this field and study, compare and filter the collected

12、materials, thus summed up the development trend of current research status, lay a theoretical foundation for the further researcho by sampling questionnaire in xi' an university of science and technology、 xi dian university、 xi' an university of architecture and technology> northwestern p

15、ion type teacher-student relationship;(4) under rational tool utilitarian type teacher-student relationship ;(5) subject and object binary opposition type teacher-student relationshipo in view of the above question analysis of the causes include: (1) the modern universities on the importance of teac

16、her-student relationships is not enough attention; (2)the negative influenee of chinese traditional culture; (3) the lack of human feeling between teachers and students; (4) the lost of cultural values in modern university s teachers and students; (5) the change of management mode in modern universi

17、tieso combination of the theoretical analysis and practical work research, based on the analysis of the modern university teacher-student relationship existing problems and reasons,this paper proposed countermeasures for constructing the modern university teacher-student relationship: (1) democracy

18、and equality type teacher-student relationship; (2) dynamic mutual respect type teacher-student relationship; (3) reasonable blending type teacher-student relationship; (4) harmony type teacher-student relationship; (5) inter-subjecti vi ty multi -way interactive type teacher-student relationshipo a
