Qualification of Tender (Qualification evaluation will be done after submittingthe bidding documents)All the applicants shall meet the following qualification requirements :3.1 Being capable of doing municipal engineering projects and having no less than twicethe number of experiences on s

35、imilar projects;3.2 Having a registered legal entity and being registered in the Lekki Free Trade Zone or consent to register after winning the bid.3.3 The proposed Project Manager shall have the qualification as a professional builder, and the Technical staff shall bear professional engineer certif

36、icate or the higher professional certificate;3.4 Consortium (联营企业) or joint-venture shall not be accepted.4.
