1、煤矿安全生产监控系统的研究与实现 煤矿安全生产监控系统的研究与实现 research and implementation of the system of safety and monitoring in coal mine production【中文摘要】 我国是一个煤炭大国,大中小型煤矿星罗棋布,为国民经济的发展提供了有力的能源支持。但是长期以来,煤炭生产一直被安全问题所困扰。近年来,煤矿安全状况形势非常严峻,不断发生爆炸事故,造成大量矿工伤亡和财物的大量毁损。随着人民群众对安全思想的日益提高,煤矿监控软件也雨后春笋般的层出不穷,但大多数监控系统都是面向大型煤矿群体,这些高成本、高技术含

2、量的的监控系统并不利于生产技术、文化水平相对较低的中小型煤矿。因此,必须贯彻“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,加强对中小型煤矿井下环境的监控,以确保煤矿的安全生产。本文基于中小型煤矿的实际需求,主要研究设计十六路输入、八路输出的监控分站的硬件及上位监控系统。该系统由信号采集、数据通信和计算机监控三大子系统组成,在文中运用模块化设计思想完成各子系统的硬件电路和软件程序的设计。监控系统的硬件部分主要介绍了硬件系统的组成以及各主要模块的电路实现。该系统基于微控制芯片msp430f135,采用max1480b数据通信接口电路,以实现高速远距离传输数据;采用串行接口的键盘显示专用芯片ch451来实现实时数据

3、、历史数据以及各种状态图、状态表的显示。硬件部分详细介绍了数据.更多通信接口电路,数据显示电路,电源转换电路以及采集信号的输入输出电路,并分别给出了各个电路的实现电路图。整个硬件系统线路连接简便,能够适应煤矿的恶劣环境,具有良好的通用性,并且具有扩展性强、便于调试、安装和维护等优点。监控系统的软件部分,是课题研究的重点,从该系统的结构组成入手,介绍了系统的主要模块以及相应模块的编程思想,主要内容包括:1、实现了上位系统软件与下位分站的数据编码、数据通信,对监控数据的计算、超限判定、声光报警、非本质安全电路的断电控制;2、实现了对模拟量、数字量等监控数据的实时显示和记录,用户可在“模拟量实时数据

4、监测表”、“数字量实时数据监测表”中查看固定位置传感器的实时报警记录和断电记录,可以在“数据查询”和“历史曲线”界面完成对历史数据和历史曲线的按日期或者按班次查询,详实的历史数据可以为用户提供第一手的安全资料;3、用户还可在“工作现场”的模拟图界面实时观测动态变化的工作现场,更加直观的了解报警位置和断电位置;4、根据监控系统的总体控制要求,系统实现了远程控制、异步控制和就地控制,通过不同方式的断复电控制,最大限度的避免事故的发生。本监控系统基于visual basic开发平台,采用模块化的设计思想,具有研发周期短,可扩展性强,便于移植安装,数据库维护简单等特点,方便今后系统的进一步修改和添加功

5、能。本文为煤矿安全生产监控提供了一种新的设计思路和新的设计方案,是多种技术相结合的产物,是各种技术广泛应用和进一步发展成熟的体现,相信这一系统会在煤矿领域得到进一步推广。【英文摘要】 china is a great nation with rich coal resource.so many coal minds are seattered in the country and provide powerful energy support for the national economy development. but for a long time,the countrys coal

6、production has been puzzled by safety problems.in recent years, the status of safety of the coal mine is very austerity.there were many explosions happened,a lot of miners being hurt and the property was damaged. with increasing on security of the masses of the people, mine monitoring software is al

7、so emerging like bamboo shoot in spring after raining.however,most of them are face to large and medium-sized coal mine.because of high cost and high-tech,they are not in favor of small coal mines with a relatively low level of production technology and education.accordingly,in order to insure the s

8、afety of the mine,it is necessary to improve the inspect circumstance in the coal mines. based on the actual demand of small coal mines,the paper mainly researchs and designs the sub-station .更多hardware and epistatic monitoring system with sixteen-road input and eight-way output.this system is compo

9、sed of subsystems of signal acquisition,data communication andcentral supervision.the thesis mainly introduces design of each modules hardware circuit and software program adopted modularization thinking. the hardware of monitoring system mainly introduced some of the major components of hardware sy

10、stem and gave the circuit implementation of the systems main modules .based on micro-controller chip msp430f135,the system used max1480b data communications interface circuits in order to achieve high-speed and long-distance transmission of data; used keyboard showing chip ch451 with serial interfac

11、e to display real-time data, historical data and various status tables. the hardware of sysem introduced data communications interface circuits, data circuits, power conversion circuit and the circuits of input and output of the collection signal in details. and separately gave the circuit implement

12、ations of various circuit.the hardware system can be fitted in bad circumstance of mine,and it has advantage of extending, debugging,fixing,maintenance and current.the software section is the main part of the design.beginning with the structure and composition, the paper introduces the major modules

13、 and their programming thought, and the main contents are as follows:1、implemented epistatic system software , implemented data coding and data communication of lower sub-station, implemented calculation and transfinite determine about monitoring data, sound and light alarm, and control the power of

14、f to unessential safety circuit.2、implemented real-time display and recording of monitoring data such as analog volume and digital data.at the”analog volume real-time table”and the”digital data real-time table”,users can view the fixed-position sensors records about real-time alarm and power off. us

15、ers can make historieal data in quiry and historieal waveform inquiry at the”data inquiry”and”historieal waveform”interface. then the detailed historical data can provide users with the first-hand information of security.3、users can also observe the real-time dynamic working scene at the”working sce

16、ne”interfaee in order to know the location of alarm and power off more intuitively.4、in accordance with the general control requirements of monitoring system,the system implemented remote control, asynchronous control and local control.by controlling the power on or off with different ways,the syste

17、m can avoid accidents maximum. based on visual basic development platform,the monitoring system used modular design idea,with a lot of advantages,such as low cost、short development eycle、strong scalability、easy to transplant and install、database maintenance easy and so on. these advantages is conven

18、ient to modify and add other functions of system in the future. it has provided a new thero and design for the monitoring system of coal mine production. it is a combination of a wide range of technology, and is the embodiment of the wider use and further development of various technologies. believe
