3、etc., are up to the quality of the original book and that the book shall bepublished withi n six (6) months of the date of this agreement.translationof the book shallbe faithfuland accurate.No abbreviation or alteration of the text shall be made without the writtenconsent of K/H. Any advertisements

4、in the book must be approvedby K/H beforehand.shall include in their edition the K/H name and logo and a copyright noticeof the originalbook as specifiedby K/H. Star shallusethe original title.shall pay royalties on all sales to K/H as follows:percent (6%) of the retail price on the first 5000 copie

The reports shall include the number of copies printedin the c urrent edition, the stock at the beginning, an

Royalties due will be paid atthat timeshall not permit publication of the title in any other form.shall forward 10 complimentary copies of their first edition of the book to K/H, and K/H shall be entitled to buy further copies at 65% ofthe

9、址省略 )(以下称“K / H ”)韩国星星日报有限公司( 地址省略 )( 以下称 “星星日报 ”)星星日报获授予将上述标题的书籍译成韩国语， 并在韩国出版及销售的永久权，只是必须按 照以下条件进行：1 星星日报需确保译文、用纸、插图等达到与原书相同的水平，并保证该书在该协议签订后 6 个月内出版。2 译文需忠于原着，意思正确。若未经 K / H 书面同意，不得对原文进行删改。该书中如登 载任何广告，都必须事先得到 K / H 的许可。3 星星日报需按照 K / H 的指示，在译本上印明 K / H 的公司名称、标志及原着的版权资料 。星星日报需使用原着的书名。4 星星日报需支付给 K / H 以下的销售版税：a. 首 500 册按零售价的百分之六 (6%)计算。b. 其后的印数，按零售价的百分之十 (10%)计算。5 星星日报需于每年 6 月 30 日和 12 月 31 日分两次提交该书的销售数量报告。报告需包含版本 的印刷数、在六个月的会计期期初的存货量和期末存货量。版税在报告提交时支付。6星星日报不得以其他任何方式出版上述书籍。7星星日报需将该书初版的十本样书免费提供予K/H ，而 K/H 有权以零售价的 65%购买额 外的
