13、控制虽然做了大量的工作,但仍出了不少问题,使得本年度客户投诉达到了21次之多。新客户,新工艺的要求与车间沟通做得良好的配合。在与采购部沟通合作的.过程虽然还比较顺利,但很被动,采购信息来源不够,造成没有物价竞争力。三、 客户投诉的解决与回复在今年随着出货量的增长和质量要求的加严后,客户投诉的次数达到21次比*年减少2次。其中西施之问题是本年度最大的质量问题,其他虽大虽小的问题都能有效去解决与回复了客人。但本人在解决这些问题过程中直接体现了以下几点:沟通方法还不够科学,跟踪问题的力度不够;公司有关部门的配合程度还不够,时常被拖迟时间。四、 协助新产品的开发和产品及客观性能测试。在协助新产品开发的跟踪及测试,本人及工程部的人员几乎都能按
