4、 respective regulation of safe working strictly1.对研配场地吊高的要求Requirement lifting height of grinding space图一 1.1 放置并固定研桨台时,对其上表面要进行调平,以利于桨的研配。放置螺旋桨时,要在桨毂上下端面与研桨台和固桨胎架间垫上23mm的非石棉垫,以保护桨端面不受损伤。Placing and fitting grinding propeller seat, seat upper surface should be adjusted to level for benefit to grind

8、径向研量为0.4 mm)。Check the correction of the propeller taper ratio 1:20 with the propeller shaft, see Fig2. 10、度至少20%锥体长度。After the propeller taper hole to be ground and matched with the propeller shaft taper, follow requirement must be met: more than three contact spots per 25 mm25 mm colored area, and the contact area to be 75% total area. The min. contact area to be 70% total area. At the big end there sh
11、all be a full contact band of at least 20% of the taper length.(b) 螺旋桨轴与桨大端面的垂直度,用弯尺现场检查不大于0.15 mm/m。Check the perpendicular between the propeller shaft and the propeller bigger end face with bend ruler, allowable perpendicular not more than 0.15 mm/m(c)研桨时,如果螺旋桨轴和螺旋桨的总重量已经超过了吊车的最大负荷,为防止吊车过载,每次撞配完后,
12、需用千斤顶配合吊车先将轴与桨脱开,然后用吊车将螺旋桨轴吊起。The total weight of propeller and propeller shaft is more than SWL of crane. 15、er and shaft company and make it safety and available.(b) 应保证螺旋桨轴锥体和螺旋桨锥孔清洁。Clean the propeller shaft taper profile and the propeller taper hole.(c) 按图四所示装上螺旋桨,液压螺母。Assemble the propeller, propeller nut according to Fig 4.螺旋桨液压螺母Hydraulic pumpPressure gaugePropeller nut液压泵压力表及表阀PropellerPropeller sh

T()S(mm)图五 推入量与温度之间的关系 FIG 4 PUSH LENGTH AND TEMPERATURE RALATION(f) 螺旋桨压入程序如下:Propeller fitting program as follow:1) 向液压螺母活塞加压至P1=3 MPa,此时轴向百分表刻度盘调至0位。Adjust dial gauge to zero after propeller nut pressure increased to 3 MPa.2)
18、 继续向液压螺母活塞加压,分别记录推入量为X2=0.5 mm、X3=1.0 mm、X4=1.5 mm、X5=2.0 mm时,相对应油压P2、P3、P4、P5。Increase the propeller nut pressure continuously, when the displacement: X2=0.5 mm, X3=1.0 mm, X4=1.5 mm, X5=2.0 mm, record the oil pressure of P2、P3、P4、P5.注:上述压入过程中螺旋桨径向油泵不供油,仅需螺旋桨试装前在其锥孔内表面涂上一层薄薄的机械油。螺旋桨/艉轴内场研配及预装工艺规程Pr

21、,同时螺旋桨径向油泵供油,液压螺母轴向油泵与螺旋桨径向油泵交替供油加压,使螺旋桨逐渐压入至要求的压入量位置。Increase the propeller nut pressure continuously, at the same time start the radial hydraulic pump. Then the fitting is make up to the required push-up length operating two hydraulic pumps to make the propeller bore expand and simultaneously increasing the propeller nut pressure gradually.(g) 当达到要求的推入量后,逐渐泄掉径向压力,20分钟后再泄掉轴向压力,观察百分表指针,不应有任何变化。Af
