The depth of Datum lines to be scribed in core steel is 0.1mm.型芯侧的基准线深度为 0.1mm.D. Mold must ha

All molds at least four (4) safety hoist rings are requested at moving and stationary side respectively. When which weight is over 25 tons, or is too highto operate the safety hoist rings
16、 by operator on the ground,a lifting frame isto be supplied on the topside of the mold, and the lifting frame on the topsideof the mold must be sufficient enough to support mold weight and keep the balance.所有模具至少提供 4个安全吊环,分别安装在动模和定模部份。当模具重量超过25 吨,或者模具过高,不便于人站在地面操作模具吊环时,要求至少提供一个集成吊块,安装于模具顶 部,集成吊块必须足够

The suppliers must submit a written quality control report as to the dimension correctness to these injection molds and must be approved by the responsible engineer of Dongfeng Visteon( shiyan ) .供应商必须交一份书面的有关这些注塑模的尺寸正确性的质量控制报告,必须获得东风伟世 通(十堰)责任工程师的认可。H. Molds are to be thermally stre
18、ss relieved prior to finishing. Any method of stress relieving other than thermal or not need thermal must be approved by the responsible engineer of Dongfeng Visteon( shiyan ) in writing or E-mail.模具精加工之前应先进行热处理 。任何除热处理以外的去应力方法或者认为不必进行热处理 的必须得到东风伟世通(十堰)责任工程师的书面或邮件认可。1.3 TRYOUT 试模1.3.1 Part approval
19、 产品认可Injection molds must produce molded parts within the cycle time identified aforementioned.注塑模生产产品必须在生产节拍之内。The molded parts produced during tryout should conform to the requirements in dimension and assembly and the quality control requirements of Dongfeng Visteon ( shiyan ) . They must be qual
20、ifiedin matching the checking fixture.The moldsuppliers will be held responsibilityfor the cost of repairs to the mold due todimensional errors in the mold.试制的注塑产品必须与产品图要求的尺寸及装配的要求以及东风伟世通(十堰)的质量控制要求 相符。必须符合检具要求 , 由于尺寸错误或工艺不满足要求而带来的更改费用由设计和制造方负 责。1.3.2 Dimensions and part approval尺寸和零件认可Injection mol
21、ds must produce qualified parts. Quality Control Department of DongfengVisteon ( shiyan ) issues part inspection report. Any unqualified items must be corrected. After the mold has produced parts that are dimensionally and functionallyapproved, the required surface finish (suitable for painting)will
22、 be completed and the mold will undergo tryout to prove the surface finish capability for final approval.模具生产出尺寸及功能均认可的产品;东风伟世通(十堰)质量控制部门做出检测报告,任何不 合格项均需修正,在产品满足尺寸和功能要求后,模具进行表面光洁度抛光处理( 适合喷漆 ), 并将对模具进行试制以验证表面光洁度。1.4 MOLD CAPABILITY模具能力After complete part approval, themold willbe subjected toa pre-pro
23、ductioncapability run to prove all functions in the mold, e.g. ejector, hydraulic, temperature controland all moving mechanisms. The mold capability run will lasttwenty four (24) hours. If any mold component fails during this period, the supplier must repair or replace the failed item at their expen
24、se. 当所有的零件认可后,模具将被提出用试生产能力证明模具的所有的功能,例如,顶杆,液压 缸,温控器以及所有的运动机构。模具能力测试将持续24小时。如果在这段时间里,任何模具零部件失效了,模具供应商必须支付所有费用来修理或替换失效的部分。1.5 CONTROL SYSTEM 控制系统All hydraulic and electrical control systems require approval by Plant Engineer of Dongfeng Visteon ( shiyan ). 所有液压和电气控制系统需要得到东风伟世通(十堰)工厂工程师的认可。1.6 prelimin
25、ary design line-up 初始设计准备It is the responsibility of the Supplier source to make contact with the responsible engineer after receipt of the Letter of Intent from Purchasing Department,DongfengVisteon(shiyan ). In the mold design phase, constant contact with each other willbenefitthe check and correc
26、tness of the design and establish the improved designfor the injection molds.收到东风伟世通(十堰)采购意向书之后,供应商有责任与责任工程师保持联系。在模具设计阶 段,应保持经常性的互相联系,这将有利于设计的正确性和及时的校正,并能有效地改进注塑模 具的设计。1.7 MOLD PRELIMINARY DESIGN REVIEW模具初始设计审核The preliminary design will include the following 初始设计将包括下列内容(See Section 2 for further de
27、tail). And at the same time, the design must conform to the comment of the responsible engineer.(详细情况见第二节)。同时设计必须与责任工程师的意见一致。A. Plan views of core and cavity die (inverted) with overall dimension. 全尺寸动定模平面图(已翻转过来的)B. Scaled platen layout, with mold shown in clamped & maximum diagonal position. 显
28、示模具夹紧后的压板布局及最大对角线位置。C. Horizontal and vertical sections of mold with ejection stroke. 含有顶出行程的模具水平和垂直截面图。D. Horizontal and vertical sections through major moving details. 主要移动零件的水平和垂直截面图。E. Maximum and minimum thickness of ejector and cover die steel. 顶板和顶板固定板的最大和最小厚度。F. Manifold and nozzle locations

Upon approval of preliminary design, major steel and components can be ordered and specified mold can be constructed.东风伟世通(十堰)责任工程师组织一次模具审核并提出审核结论。如果东风伟世通(十堰)责 任工程师需要,模具设计方应出席模具审核会。初步设计认可后,可以定购主要钢材和零部件并 定出模具结构。The desig
31、n source will continue with the mold design to completion. 设计方将继续进行到模具设计完工。1.8 FINAL DESIGN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH MOLD BUILD 在模具制造前需要最终设计认可A. 35、须送交一份给东风伟世通(十堰)责任工程师。1.9 MOLD BUILD PROGRESS REPORT模具制造进展报告The progress of the build phases for the injection mold program is to be charted on the mold progress chart. The build source will establish start dates and completion dates for the various tooling operations on component details and review
36、these dates with the responsible engineer of Dongfeng Visteon ( shiyan ) at the beginning of the build program. The progress of the build program is to be updated on the chart on a weekly basis. This chart data will then be used to determine if the build progress is sufficient to meet the mold tryou
37、t and delivery dates. The schedule supplied by the vendor should meet the required sample dates. In the phase of mold building, constant contact with each other is necessary to guarantee required dates. During mold building stage, molds vendor shall provide updated status report every week and hold
38、a project progress coordination meeting participated by the responsible engineer Dongfeng Visteon( shiyan ) per two weeks.注塑模计划制造阶段的进程将在模具进展表上列出。制作方应详细列出各加工工序的开始日期和 完成日期,并在制造计划的开始和东风伟世通(十堰)责任工程师一起审核这些日期。制造计划 的进展将每周更新。那时将使用图表数据以决定制造进展是否满足模具试模和运输的日期。供应 商提供的计划应能满足要求的样件的日期。模具制造阶段,模具供应商应每周提供最新状态的模 具制造进度表
39、给东风伟世通(十堰)责任工程师,并需要每两周开一次有东风伟世通(十堰)责 任工程师参加的项目进度协调会。1.10 DETAILS EASILY WORN OUT 易损零部件Details easily worn out manufactured by the vendor are to be drawn and dimensionedwith tolerances to allow remanufacture as required for mold repair. Details easily worn out include core pins, special sleeves, hot
40、manifolds, heated nozzles and any inserts or moving mechanisms subject to excessive wear. 供应商制造的易损零部件应被画成图纸,标好公差以便修模时重新制造。易损零件包括抽芯杆, 专用轴套,热流道,加热喷嘴和其它镶块或易过度磨损的滑动机构。1.11 STEEL SPECIFICATION 钢规格P-20 (or to some tune) steel will be specified pre-hardened to HRC 30-33 shall be used for cavity and core. W
41、ear surfaces and slide surfaces should utilize the principle of differential hardness. Bearing surfaces may be constructed using selflubricant bearing materials.P-20 (或相当)钢应指明预硬到HRC30-33用于型芯、型腔。磨损面和滑块面将利用不同硬度的原则。轴承面可以指定用自润滑的轴承材料。Certification of steel composition, hardness, and steel quality is requ
42、ired for all molds. A copy of certification is to be supplied to the responsible engineer. 所有模具都需要钢材料的成分,硬度,钢材质量的证明书。证明书的副本应提供给责任工程师。2 INJECTION MOLD DESIGN / APPROVAL PROCESS注塑模设计 / 批准过程There shall be two (2) design stages for the injection mold: preliminary and final.The design source must submit
43、three (3) sets of paper drawings (3D model) to the responsible engineer of Dongfeng Visteon( shiyan ) for approval each stage.注塑模具有 2个设计阶段:初始和最终。模具供应商提交3套图纸( 3维模型)给责任工程师,便于东风伟世通(十堰)对每个阶段的认可。2.1 PRELIMINARY DESIGN 初始设计When the preliminary design is approved, the responsible engineer of Dongfeng Viste
44、on ( shiyan ) will make an approval based on the obtained details. The preliminary approval form is shown later. In the event that preliminary design approval is not given, the mold source must revise the preliminary mold design based on Dongfeng Visteon( shiyan ) comment. The revised design must be
45、 resubmitted forreview and approval. 初始设计认可,东风伟世通(十堰)责任工程师根据获得的细节进行认可。后面会提供初始认可 表。如果初始设计没有认可,模具供应商必须根据东风伟世通(十堰)的意见修改初始模具设 计。修改后的设计必须再次提交审核及认可。2.1.1 MOLD CLAMP DESIGN模具安装设计The fixing of the platens should conform to the specification of the mold clamp of the injection molding machine designated by Do
46、ngfeng Visteon( shiyan ) . DongfengVisteon ( shiyan ) will provide the related information of the injection molding machine. 模板的固定应符合东风伟世通(十堰)指定的注塑模机床的模具安装的标准。东风伟世通(十 堰)提供注塑机的相关信息。2.1.2 FULL AUTOMATION 完全自动化Unloading with chuck need to be secured in consideration for mold when designing mold to achi
47、eve full automation. 当设计全自动模具时,必须要考虑带吸盘的机械手的安全。2.1.3 SAFETY HOIST RINGS 安全吊环When design the molds, set the safety hoist rings for the whole set of mold, moving mold, stationary mold and mold blocks over 50 Kg. 50、gram for each mold, to be put at the operator side.每副模具都应有模具铭牌、热流道图、冷却水图、液压图、抽芯电气图和移动顺序图,放在模具 操作侧。2.1.5 MOLD SAFETY STRAP模具安全连接板Each mold should have mold safety straps in both operation side and non operator side in metric unit. The safety straps shall guarantee to keep two mold halves from open wh
51、ile turning.每副模具的操作侧和非操作侧都应有公制的安全连接板(锁模块)。安全连接板应能保证模具旋 转时上下模的闭合。2.1.6 CONNECTORS 连接器Connectors (for water, electricity, oil) at the mold sides shall meet Dongfeng Visteon ( shiyan ) injection machine standard. The related information will be given in the Machine Specification. If the vendor cannot p
52、urchase these connectors, Dongfeng Visteon ( shiyan ) will take the responsibility to purchase them otherwise.Expenditures for these activities will be charged by vendor. The vendor shall install these connectors onto the molds at Dongfeng Visteon ( shiyan ) site free of charge.模具侧面的连接头(水管,电气,油管)应满足
