24、 试验一区(真空降水+强夯)检测报告施工单位:中国核工业芜湖基础工程公司检测单位: 建设单位:南通滨五实业有限公司 编制日期:2014年6月28日 试验一区(真空降水+强夯)1、工艺流程及施工参数1、真空降水试验区边界外2.00m 设置浅层封管、深层封管各一排,真空管间距为4.00m,浅管长4.00m、深管长8.00m。试验区边界内,设置间距4.00m 的4.00m 长浅层管,浅层管排距6.00m;设置间距4.00m 的8米长深层管,深层管排距3.00m。第一遍强夯夯击前,拔除偶数排的浅层管,余下的真空管形成排距为6.00m。 该区域于5月3日开始降水,经过6天降水,水位基本稳定于地面以下3米

25、左右(详见附表:水位观测表)2、 强夯夯锤质量15.6 吨,直径2.5m,每遍能量2000kn·m,夯点间距4.0m×6.00m第一遍一次点夯,水位稳定后,拔除偶数排浅层管开始第一遍点夯,能量2000kn·m,夯点间距4.0m×6.00m,每点4击。第一遍二次点夯,能量2000kn·m、夯点间距4.0m×6.00m,每点4击。第二遍点夯,拔除奇数排进行第二遍点夯,能量2000kn·m、夯点间距4.0m×6.00m,每点8击。第三遍满夯对整个试验区普夯一遍,普夯能量为1000kn.m,满夯时锤印相互搭接三分之一到五分
