3、 Circulation of the system4.4 系统的维护 7 Maintenance of the systemGYZ-10/26调节润滑油站原理图 Principle diagram of GYZ-10/26 regulation lubrication station1.概述IntroductionGYZ-10/26调节润滑油站是一次风机叶片角度调节装置和一次风机轴承润滑装置的重要组成部分，由泵站、控制阀组、油管路等部件组成。其功能如下：A:为一次风机叶片角度调节装置的调节油缸提供合适的压力油源，B：为一次风机轴承润滑装置提供低压油源，低压系统的安全压力由溢流阀10设定，高压

4、系统的安全压力由溢流阀30设定，高压系统工作压力由一次风机叶片角度调节装置控制；泵站安装在靠近风机的基础上，调节油缸安装在风机调节装置上，泵站高压油用管道连接到调节油缸上，低压油用管道连接到风机轴承装置上，连接管道采用卡套式胶管。GYZ-10/26 regulation,regju'lein lubrication,lu:bri'kein station is an importation componentkm'punnt of vanevein angleægl regulating device and bearing lubrication devic

6、re oil for bearing lubrication device of primary air fan. The safety pressure of the low-pressure system is set by overflow valve 10, the safety pressure of the high-pressure system is set by overflow valve 30; the working pressure of high-pressure system is set by the vane vein angleægl regula

7、ting device of primary air fan. The pump station is installed near to the base of the air fan, and the regulating oil cylindersilind is installed on the air fan regulating device. High pressure oil pipes are connected to the regulating oil cylindersilind, and low pressure oil pipes are connected to

8、the bearing device of the air fan, the connected pipes use clip set rubber tubes.油箱容积1100L，第一次加油量约1000L。采用YB-N46抗磨液压油，油液从回油盖加入，并需经过滤精度20m的过滤机过滤。在调节润滑油站和管路及一次风机全部安装完后，调节润滑油站必须打油循环过滤，当调节润滑油站油液清洁度达到NAS1638标准八级时，调节润滑油站方可投入运行。参见GYZ-10/26调节润滑油站原理图。The capacity of the oil tank is 1100L, the first oil-filli

After the regulating lubrication oil station and pipes and primary air fan have been all installed, the regulating lubrication oi

10、l station must be filled with oil and gone through circulation. Only when the oil cleanliness of the regulating lubrication oil station reaches NAS1638 standard 8th class, can the regulating lubrication oil station be put into operation. 35、作滤油器与一只备用滤油器可切换使用的滤油器。通过切换换向阀使系统在不停机的情况下更换滤芯，在更换滤芯时，系统油液不会中断。滤油器用于系统油液精过滤，滤除油液中的固体杂质，以防其进入系统。差压开关型号J21K-254-M201控制滤油器的进出口压力差，该差值达到0.15MPa时，发讯器发讯报警，表示在用滤芯堵塞需要更换。只要转动换向阀，另一只备用滤油器即刻工作，这时只需旋开被堵滤油器的螺塞放完油，取出滤芯，就可更换已堵塞的滤芯。Oil strainerstrein is composed of two single-cartridge filters and a direction contro
