2、规范合理，图文并茂；语言知识与文化背景融合，语言材料真实地道，贴近学生生活，体现教育功能。试题命制科学严谨，难易适当。既体现了语言的交际性、真实性、时代性，也体现了语言教学的实践性、开放性和严谨性。整卷命题思想为：“立足基础，关注能力，强化语用”。具体特点如下：（一） 立足基础，稳中求变命题立足对学生英语语言基础知识和基本技能的考查。试题考查的内容与要求以2013年杭州市各类高中文化考试命题实施细则为依据。考查的知识覆盖面广、信息量大；语言材料的难度与现行教材相当；话题内容基于教学实际和学生生活。试题的题型、题量和分值保持不变。单项选择题继续关注对语音知识、基本语法、交际用语、固定搭配、句式结
