2、.第一部分 编制综合说明一、工程概况本工程为吴中路地铁10号线基地区域上部拟建七层办公楼，对原有基础进行加固，局部进行加桩施工。工程桩形式为钻孔灌注桩。钻孔灌注桩直径为750，桩长50米。钻孔桩桩顶标高（相对标高）-2.6米，桩底标高为-52.600米，桩保护层厚度为50mm。试桩根数为3根，锚桩位12根，工程桩138根。钻孔桩混凝土强度水下C30(C35)，试成孔2个，总计153根。桩基测试：本工程单桩静载荷试验的桩数应不少于总桩数的0.5%，且不少于3根，高应变法试桩数量不应少于总桩数的3%，且不应少于5根。低应变检测的桩数量不应少于总桩数的50%，超声波法检测的桩数量不应少于总桩数的20

3、%。桩底注浆：桩底进行压密注浆，数量为138根，每根桩有2根注浆管，注浆管采用钢管，管内径不小于25mm，壁厚不小于3.2mm，长度为55m。采用后注浆工艺，浆液采用P.O42.5级水泥浆液，浆液水灰比为0.550.6，后注浆灌注桩注浆量每根不小于2t。工程各参加方如下：建设单位：上海申通地铁集团有限公司监理单位：上海海龙技术发展有限公司设计单位：上海市隧道工程轨道设计研究院总包单位：上海建工二建集团有限公司施工单位：宜兴市太湖地基工程有限公司二、编制说明1、钻孔灌注桩施工前，C#楼上部结构区域基本拆除完毕。C#楼下管线搬迁保护完毕。在钻孔灌注装施工时注意对管线的保护。若对管线造成影响时需停止

4、进行施工，并及时通知业主、设计、监理各方制定管线相应管线方案。2、整个工期自进场施工完成为30个工作日。每台机平均每天施工1至2根桩，每根桩施工需12小时。介于场地情况，施工前期安排不受承台影响的灌注桩先进行施工，等承台破除，场地平整后余下的灌注桩再进行施工。本工程建筑0.000相当于绝对标高5.600m。第二部分施工方案一、施工准备1、施工用水用电从停车列检库2电箱进行接入。2、由于本次桩机施工区域为C#楼改建区域，桩机施工前，必须是C#楼上部结构区域基本拆迁完毕，管线搬迁和保护完毕，并通知相关管线配套单位穿线完毕后，我司才能进行桩基施工。桩基施工时若遇到不明管线需及时停止施工，并通知总包、

5、业主、监理、设计各方探明情况后，制定相应方案后进行施工。二、钻孔灌注桩施工方案1、测量定位由于本工程基坑范围较狭小特点，桩机坐标放样由停车库2控制点引入改建施工区域现场进行控制，最后对具体桩位进行放样。经监理复核无误后，用钢钉打入地坪，并做好标记。三、桩基施工1、施工工艺流程测量定位钻机就位钻进成孔一次清孔（测泥浆比重）吊装钢筋笼吊安导管二次清孔（测孔深以及成渣厚度）水下灌注砼灌注完机移位。2、成孔施工冲孔机就位后，由质检员检查其安装质量，冲孔机底座应保持水平。吊锤中心与桩位中心对准，偏差不大于50mm。开孔时低锤快冲，待孔深超过护筒深度1.52.0m后，再按正常要求进行冲孔。冲孔中采用优质护

6、壁泥浆，以防在软弱土层和砂层中缩径或塌孔，护壁泥浆用就地原土调制，必要时加入粘土。泥浆比重一般为1.2左右，通过中粗砂层时泥浆比重为1.31.5左右 ，泥浆循环经过沉淀。成孔中认真作好施工记录。灌注桩施工前必须试成孔，数量不得少于2个。如孔径、垂直度、孔壁稳定和沉淤等检测指标，成孔须一次完成，中间不要间断，成孔完毕至灌注混凝土的间隔时间不得大于24 h。3、清孔本工程采用泥浆正循环清孔。清孔过程中应设专人捞渣，换浆时废浆要及时运走，并及时补给足够的泥浆，保持浆面稳定。清孔时钻头先稍作提升，通过循环排除孔底沉淤，与此同时，不断注入洁净的泥浆水，用以降低桩孔泥浆水中的泥浆含量。泥浆比重一般为1.2

7、左右。桩机成孔后即进行一次清孔，一清结束后要求沉渣厚度不得大于20cm。待钢筋笼和导管安装完毕后即进行二次清孔，二清结束后要求沉渣厚度不得大于15cm。4、钢筋笼施工钢筋笼在加工平台分段制作成型，标准段长度为9米。钢筋笼制作按设计和规范要求进行，主筋必须平直，规格、数量、尺寸、位置必须准确，箍筋间距要均匀，焊接、搭接长度、搭接位置符合规范要求。钢筋笼制作完毕，由质检员检查验收，并填写钢筋笼隐蔽检查验收记录。钢筋笼在起吊、运输和安装中应采取措施防止变形。起吊吊点宜设在加强箍筋部位。钢筋笼分段沉放时，纵筋的连接须用焊接，须注意焊接质量， 同一底面上的接头数量不得大于纵筋数量的50%。钢筋笼孔口焊接

8、时，对准桩孔中心，下放要缓慢，不得碰撞孔壁。钢筋笼入孔后在孔口将其固定，并设置保护层垫块，以确保钢筋笼的保护层厚度。钢筋笼入孔时，先在护筒上作标记，保持主筋在孔内的正确位置，严格按施工图纸施工。钢筋笼入孔遇阻时，不得强行下入，分析、查明原因并采取相应的措施进行处理。二次清孔完毕后，在导管中下隔水球，隔水球材质采用橡胶，主要作用是以确保灌注时砼的初灌量及保证砼灌注过程中不被离析。5、混凝土浇筑钻孔灌注桩混凝土为水下C30，钻孔灌注桩混凝土保护层厚度50cm。混凝土浇筑采用60米汽车泵进行浇筑。砼灌注采用导管法，灌注砼由一人统一指挥下令，灌注速度要循序渐进。导管底部以适当的深度埋在灌入的砼拌合物内

9、。灌注首批砼时，导管下口至孔底的距离一般为2540cm，第一次灌注的砼应将导管埋入的深度不得小于1m。在灌注过程中，应经常用百米绳探测孔内砼面位置。经常用测绳量取桩砼面高度，以便控制埋管深度。起拨导管时，速度不宜过快，防止导管提出砼面而造成断桩。砼灌注完毕及时清除桩顶浮浆。6、桩底注浆1、注浆管安放 注浆管形式内径50mm钢管。 注浆管连接丝压连接：需预防注浆管下放时候连接套被钢筋笼卡住。电焊焊接：钢制脚手管可采用电焊连接。焊接处不得有孔洞和夹渣，确保焊接强度和防水要求。避免焊渣进入孔内，确保拼接完成后的孔壁内平滑。无论采用什么方式连接，在连接好后，在连接处用电工胶带包两层，以防浆液漏到管内。

10、 安放位置及要求安装位置示意见下图 注浆管安放注浆管上部和和钢筋笼电焊固定，注浆管底部到钢筋笼底部不少于30cm，钢筋笼放好后，割除上部注浆管和钢筋笼的焊接点，由注浆管自由落体下落插入到土层中。 注浆管保护注浆管底管口要用麻袋封口，以避免水泥浆液进入浆管造成堵塞。注浆管安放完成后，注浆管管口要马上用木塞子塞住管口，防止水泥浆或垃圾进入注浆管。2、注浆在桩基强度达到100后，每孔注浆2m3（依据设计要求调整）。 施工工艺如下：浆液配比水泥浆液的水灰比0.6：1（重量比）；每立方米浆液：用水量0.64T，水泥用量1.09T； 施工顺序注浆时为了确保施工质量，采取隔孔跳注的方式进行施工； 材料要求水

11、泥采用425#袋装普硅水泥；注浆压力控制在0.20.5Mpa；流量控制在1025L/min； 过程控制在施工过程中认真做好编号、注浆记录，统计计算注浆量，防止漏孔；当出现异常情况时及时向监理反映； 质量保证措施严格按施工方案组织施工，并由专职质检员在施工现场进行质量监督；及时与甲方办理各项技术资料签证，遇到问题及时向甲方及监理汇报并解决；用注浆量和压力来控制注浆效果；在注浆中，采用适当增大注浆压力、控制浆量、控制交替频率，以控制注浆扩散半径达到浆量均匀分布的效果；在注浆中做好原始记录；所用材料均合格且有质保书，水泥经复试合格后方可使用；配备2名带班和6名工人进行24小时循环施工。【参考文献】1
