23、nd it may also pose some liquidity problems to the smaller players while fulfilling their LAT obligations. Given the progressive structure of the LAT, those developers with higher profit margins, or have accumulated large land reserve of sites previously acquired at cheaper prices several years ago,
24、 are amongst the more negative affected. The impact to those large developers with projects completed is more complicated. For those developers have not made provision to the LAT, the liquidation and collection of LAT will reduce its profit and cash flow, for those developers have already made full
25、or partial provisions to the LAT, though the provisions will serve to provide a buffer on their cash and net profit margins.
