1、私营企业调整策略论文 摘要 随着中国加入世界贸易组织和全球经济一体化进程的加快，人力资源管理在私营企业管理中的地位和作用日益增强，而采用员工激励机制提高企业核心竞争力已成为当今我国私营企业的必要选择。通过研究分析私营企业员工激励及激励机制，说明了私营企业的激励机制必须随着经营环境的变化做出相应的调整，进而依据激励理论分析了私营企业现行激励机制存在的问题，指出了其原因所在，并明确了其调整策略。 本文在对当前私营企业员工激励机制背景认知的基础上，首先通过对私营企业员工激励机制现状进行分析，从而对私营企业激励机制所处的现状有了更深入的认识；其次，提出应根据调查员工工作满意度来反映私营企业激励机制存在

2、的问题。基于此，从激励理论的角度出发，设计了员工工作满意度调查问卷，对西安市部分私营企业进行员工工作满意度问卷调查与访谈调查，并对问卷调查结果进行了实证分析，找出员工激励机制问题所在；最后，根据存在的问题制定出了相应的调整策略，使其能够更大程度地吸引人才，激励员工，从而形成一套良好的激励机制，增强私营企业的综合竞争力。 通过对私营企业员工激励机制的分析，可以看出在经济高速发展的形势下，私营企业通过制定并执行有效的员工激励机制，才能吸引人才，充分发挥员工的工作积极性和创造性，使企业立于必败之地。 【关键词】私营企业，激励机制，存在问题，调整策略 ABSTRACT WithChinasentryi
