39、行市政、公路工程施工材料机具设备等定额和相关规范、规程及标准; (16)施工现场临时用电安全技术规范(jg46-2005); (17)混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范(gb50204-2002)。2工程概况2.1工程简介本项目位于成都市天府新区的中心位置,是区域的生态核心,而天府新区创新科技城即以兴隆湖为中心布局建设。本次设计为兴隆湖周边的市政道路,设计区东临成自泸高速、梓洲大道、南临蜀新大街、西临天府大道南延线、北临蜀蓉大道,本次初步设计共计5条市政道路(含两处立交)。我一分部是4条道路含一处立交匝道(平面型式见下图)。本次设计为广西路(k0+000k0+769.203)、海南路(k0+000
40、-k0+725.103)、兴隆湖14号路与天府路立交(东西向k0+145.615-k0+751.318,长度约605.703m,南北向k11+311.180-k11+548.180,长度约237m)和海口路(k0+028.171-k0+238.183,长度约208.183m),4条道路全长约2545.192米。其中除兴隆湖14号道路路基宽度为40米,匝道路基宽度为12.25米,其他3条道路路基宽度为28米,挖填控制宽度:最宽约为 米,最窄约为 米 ,全线共13个平面交叉路口,互通立交一座。道路等级为城市次干道和支线。主要建设内容包括红线内道路工程、涵洞和管网工程。红线总宽度 m,两侧人行道宽度
41、各3.5米,车行道宽度为21米;其中除兴隆湖14号道路人行道宽度:主线为6.25米,匝道为2.0米,主车道宽为15.5米。 本方案仅是4条市政次干路/支线路基工程施工方案。2.2主要技术标准(1)道路等级:城市道路次干路(海南路、兴隆湖十四号路、广西路)、城市道路支路(海口路临湖路)(2)计算行车速度:40km/h;30km/h(支路);(3)路面类型:沥青混凝土路面;(4)标准轴载:bzz-100;(5)道路设计年限:中等交通(海南路、兴隆湖十四号路、广西路)、轻交通(海口路(临湖路)路面结构设计年限:15年(主干路、次干路)、10年(支路)。(6)路面结构设计年限:15年、10年(沥青路面
42、);(7)抗震设防烈度:7度;(8)道路交通等级:中等交通和轻交通。(9)车道数:根据城市道路工程设计规范(cjj37-2012),经计算,一条机动车道的基本通行能力和设计通行能力如下表:道路名称道路等级车道数单向通行能力(pcu/h)海南路次干路41358广西路次干路41358兴隆湖十四号路次干路61549海口路(临湖路)支路27342.3工程地质及水文气象条件2.3.1工程地质1、根据收集到的区域地质构造资料,拟建场地处于成都坳陷盆地南部,西距南北走向的龙门山褶皱带约70km,东距北东走向的龙泉山褶皱带约18km。成都坳陷盆地呈北东35度方向展布,受喜山运动的地质内力作用,龙门山和龙泉山褶
43、皱带相对上升,成都坳陷盆地内堆积了厚度不等的第四系冲积地层,与下伏白垩系地层呈不整合接触,形成目前的冲积平原地貌。东洪路(现代新居东风渠段)市政道路工程项目位于成都冲积平原的东南部,该区域地质构造稳定,未发现新构造活动形迹,属相对稳定的地块。本次勘察揭露深度范围内,地层主要由第四系全新统人工填土层(q4ml)、第四系全新统坡洪积层(q4dl+pl)、第四系中更新统冰水沉积层(q3fgl)组成,下伏白垩系中统灌口组(k2g)基岩。各层特征由上向下描述如下:(1)第四系全新统人工填土层(q4ml)-1素填土(q4ml):褐色、黄色、紫红色,松散,稍湿;主要为粘性土,表层含少量植物根茎,部分地段含少
44、量卵石,层厚0.502.70m。-2素填土(q4ml):褐色、黄色,松散,稍湿;主要为粘性土及附近工地开挖出的砂岩、泥岩,属新近回填,层厚0.609.20m。(2)第四系全新统坡洪积层(q4dl+pl)-1粉质粘土(q4 dl+pl):褐黄褐红色,可塑硬塑,呈土柱状,切面比较光滑,可手搓成0.52mm的土条,易折断,无摇振反应,有光泽,干强度高,韧性高,网状裂隙较发育,层厚0.607.50m。 (3)第四系上更新统冰水沉积层(q3fgl)-1含卵石粉质粘土(q3fgl):紫红色,密实,硬塑,卵石含量10%,卵石成份以岩浆岩为主,少量为变质岩和沉积岩。卵石呈圆形亚圆形,磨圆度较好,粒径25cm,
45、层厚0.907.30m。-2含卵石粉质粘土(q3fgl):黄色,密实,卵石含量45%,卵石成份以岩浆岩为主,少量为变质岩和沉积岩。卵石呈圆形亚圆形,磨圆度较好,粒径28cm,个别可达1015cm,层厚1.607.20m。(4)白垩系中统灌口组(k2g): 泥岩:棕红紫红色,主要由粘土矿物组成,遇水易软化,薄层巨厚层构造,分布连续,本次勘察揭露情况可知,随着埋藏深度的增加,泥岩由全风化至中风化过渡。场地内基岩顶板埋深起伏大,整个场地内均有分布。在钻探深度范围内,根据其风化程度,将其划分为全风化、强风化、中等风化3个亚层:全风化泥岩-1:紫红色,其矿物成分为粘土质矿物,岩石组织结构基本破坏,岩芯呈
46、土状,冲击可钻进,层厚0.602.60m。强风化泥岩-2:紫红色暗红色,主要矿物成分为粘土矿物,散体碎裂结构,结构面不清晰,风化裂隙发育,岩体破碎,钻孔岩芯呈碎块状,用手易捏碎,干钻可进,层厚0.903.50m。中等风化泥岩-3:紫红色,主要矿物成分为粘土矿物,泥质胶结,巨厚层构造,节理裂隙不发育,结构面较清晰,岩芯多呈长柱状或短柱状,少量碎块状。岩石为极软岩,岩体完整程度为较完整,岩体基本质量等级为v级,本次勘察未揭穿该层。-2强风化砂岩(k2g):黄色灰色,其矿物成分为砂质矿物,风化裂隙发育,块状构造,整体结构,钙质胶结,胶结程度较差。锤击易碎,干钻可钻进,岩芯风化呈短柱状,较破碎。揭露于
47、广州路个别钻孔,层厚1.20-7.50m。-3中等风化砂岩(k2g):黄色灰色,其矿物成分为砂质矿物,风化裂隙较发育,块状构造,整体结构,钙质胶结,胶结程度中等。锤击不易击碎,岩芯钻可钻进。岩芯采取率平均约90%。岩石坚硬程度为软岩,岩体较完整,岩石基本质量等级为级。2、 地勘点布设情况:本次勘察根据市政工程勘察规范(cjj 56-2012)的规定及中冶赛迪设计院提出的勘察技术要求布设。(1)海口路共布设钻孔12点,勘探点编号hk1hk12。该路段均为填方路基,勘探点沿道路走向间距50m,按中线和边线交错布置。(2)海南路共布设钻孔21点,勘探点编号hn1hn21。勘探点沿道路走向间距50m,
48、按中线和边线交错布置。(3)兴隆湖14号路共布设钻孔20点,勘探点编号14zk114zk20。勘探点沿道路走向间距50m,按中线和边线交错布置。(4)广西路共布设钻孔26点,勘探点编号gx11gx26。勘探点沿道路走向间距50m,按中线和边线交错布置。2.3.2水文本项目围绕兴隆湖而建,规划要求,兴隆湖常水位标高为464m。经勘察本路段地表水主要为老旧鱼塘积水及农田排水灌溉渠水。路段地下水主要为赋存于低洼地段白垩系上统夹关组砂质泥岩中的风化裂隙水,其主要补给来源为大气降水。风化裂隙为主要含水层,其水量受汇水情况及裂隙发育程度的影响一般较小,流通性较差。场地内地下水因含水介质的差异和赋水空间的不
49、同,可分为松散土层孔隙水和基岩裂隙水,主要接受大气降水及地表水的补给,基岩裂隙水还接受松散土层孔隙水的补给。1松散土层孔隙水:区内填土层结构松散,空隙大,渗透性较好,有利于地下水的径流、补给和赋存,而粉质粘土、全风化基岩,空隙小,渗透性微弱,不利于地下水的运移,起到相对隔水的作用。2基岩裂隙水:场地基岩裂隙水主要赋存于基岩的浅部风化裂隙之中。基岩裂隙水含水层赋水性较差,具不均一性,其强风化带及断裂带岩层导水性、径流、排泄条件相对较好。根据区域水文地质资料,成都地区平水期46月,丰水期79月,其余月份为枯水期。2.3.3地下水和土腐蚀性本次勘察在场地内的水沟、鱼塘中取得的3件地表水试样,拟建场地
50、环境类别按ii类,根据公路工程地质勘察规范(jtg c20 2011)附录k“水和土的腐蚀性评价”k.0.2条,相关地表水和场地土腐蚀性评价如下:1、 按环境类型水土对混凝土具微腐蚀性(环境类别按ii类);2、 按地层渗透性水对混凝土具微腐蚀性(地层渗透性为b);3、 该地下水及土(仅以ph值)对钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋具微腐蚀性。2.3.4气象场地所处成都地区属亚热带季风型气候,其主要特点是:四季分明、气候温和、雨量充沛、夏无酷暑、冬少冰雪。主导风向为nne向,常年平均风速为1.2m/s,年平均风压140pa,最大风压约250pa,年平均降雨量为9001000mm,七、八月份雨量集中,易形成暴雨
51、。根据成都气象台观测资料,成都地区的气象指标如下:1)气温:多年平均气温16.2,极端最高气温38.3,极端最低气温-5.9。2)降水量:多年平均降水量为947.00mm。最大日降水量为195.2mm。3)蒸发量:多年平均蒸发量1020.5mm。 4)相对湿度:多年平均为82。 5)日照时间:多年平均为1228.3小时。6)风向与风速:主导风向为nne向,多年平均风速为1.35ms。7)最大风速为14.8ms(ne向),极大风速为27.4ms(1961年6月21日)。2.4工程特点(1)路床挖填方量大,最大挖深为10m,最深填方为9.0m。(2)挖方段为土质路基时,必须对路基设计标高下80cm
52、范围内用级配砂砾石换填处理。(3)施工现场内有乡镇道路,道路较窄,不利于施工车辆进出,但本工程路基土质承载力较好,路基土方挖填完工后,可做为施工及社会车辆便道,同时做好路基与乡村便道的顺接。(4)施工现场内有大量藕塘、鱼塘,是属于常年积水的洼地,排水困难,路基处理困难。(5)工期紧,筑路材料多为泥岩、又逢雨季施工,有的地段为鱼塘等软基处治,故对天气的要求特别高。工后沉降对路基质量的要求高、难度大,应在一定的填土高度后实施冲击碾压或强夯,来提高路基强度,减少沉降量。3施工布置3.1施工生产、生活营地布置根据本工程的施工特点、围湖施工,其范围宽及施工中间距离拉得长,我分部计划在施工现场相对集中地海
53、南路和广西路设置1个施工生产生活营地(具体位置在煎茶镇青松村1社搬迁后空置民房,桩号约为k0+120左侧),利用原来修建2栋2层民房,为现场班组人员提供工作、生活场所,使用面积为900m2。一分部驻地设在煎茶镇柳溪路一段71号,租用的当地村民民房2栋,设置的项目办公室、管理人员营地,面积约600m2。两处营地面积共约1500m2,完全能满足本项目施工人员生产和生活需要。3.2施工用电及用水(1)施工供水本工程供水计划采用以下方式:由于施工范围周边有鹿溪河通过,加上成都平原地下水丰富,工程施工用水可就近打井直接抽取或抽取鹿溪河水,满足施工用水需要;施工用水输水管道布置避开建筑物施工区,靠近交通道
54、路,并适应地形条件、缩短线路、减少工程量,配水干管采用枝状布置。生活用水,项目驻地是采用的自来水,班组驻地利用原来民房所打的水井抽水。个别地段既无城市供水管网,附近又无水源的,采用洒水车供水或择地修建蓄水池保证施工用水。各营地的出入口均设置车辆冲洗设备(4人轮流值班全天24小时)。(2)施工供电由于兴隆湖周边道路均为土石方工程,施工用电基本不用(管网井池全部采用指定的预制产品),用电较分散,用电负荷小,只有在兴隆湖14号路匝道施工用混凝土挡墙浇筑,因此施工用电考虑采用30kw的移动式柴油发电机供电,在根据各条路施工情况配置12台发电机,就可满足施工的需要。3.3道路保通3.3.1 道路改道保通
55、的必要性根据设计图纸,经过对周边道路沿线进行考察:海口路和兴隆湖14号路由天府路和红星路干线通过,局部利用现环湖道路的施工通道;广西路和海南路有在建的货运大道和煎茶镇谭家沟村村道公路可以进入,这两条路周边还有原有修建并且硬化的从兴隆镇至煎茶镇镇的乡村砼道路通过,并且已经形成路网。据现场调查这些道路大部分当地村民还在使用,但是要通过大型机具及载货车辆,来满足工程需要,必须先打通这两条路的纵向便道,才能晚餐土石方弃方工作。3.3.2 改道保通道路设计改道保通道路利用原有砼村道进行拓宽,这样可以节约造价。经过现场测量和踏勘,修筑一条长 m,路面宽7m,路基宽8m的纵向干线+横向连接线便道,结构型式级
56、配碎石道路,道路采用80cm厚砂砾石填筑。为了保证线型和路面高程控制,路基以下填方段采用土方分层填筑并碾压密实填筑至路基底高程,挖方段,开挖至路基地面高程后,压实基础面,然后进行路基级配砂砾石层填筑。保通道路断面见下图:改路工程数量见下表:改路工程数量表开挖土方m土方填方m级配砂砾石m3.3.3 围挡及指示标志在疏解道路施工之前,先在外侧按照市政工程要求沿线采用尺寸2.2m*3m的围挡全线打围,将施工区和外界隔离,围挡基础采用人工开挖0.3*0.3*0.3的坑,围挡固定后浇筑c20砼,围挡背后采用40角钢每隔5m做一道支撑。并在道口两侧采用金属材质设置警示标志牌和指示标示牌,道口两侧设置警示灯和防撞桶,标志牌基础采用人工开挖0.5*0
