1、 塔吊基础专项安全设计方案塔吊基础专项安全设计方案一、工程概况:工程位于本工程由1#6#楼及一整体地下室组成。地下室一层,1、2、3#楼高13层,建筑高度39.7米,4、5、6#楼为18层,建筑高度为52.4米,1#楼建筑面积为6380.48, 2#楼建筑面积为8490.94, 3#楼建筑面积为8460.92, 4#楼建筑面积为8801.46, 5#楼建筑面积为13086.63, 6#楼建筑面积为9530.73,总建筑面积为72841.35。建筑主要功能:地下室为汽车库,主体结构均为住宅用房。本工程结构安全等级二级,地下室建筑耐火等级为一级,其余为二级,设计使用年限50年,抗震设防烈度6度。参

2、建责任主体单位:建设单位:设计单位:勘察单位:监理单位:施工单位:二、施工现场条件该场地地形基本较平坦,除工程南侧为已建的农居点外,附近无其它原有建筑物和构筑物,工程北侧为已建绿化带,南侧为在建的天荷路,西侧为已建雨荷路,场地周围较空阔。三、编制依据施工组织设计和安全生产管理专项方案岩土工程勘察报告qtz63c(5510)塔式起重机使用说明书建筑地基基础设计规范建筑桩基础技术规范砼结构设计规范四、塔吊的选用和布置1、塔吊选择:根据现场条件和地下室结构以及上部幢号平面分布情况,决定安装4台qtz63(5510)型塔式起重机。塔机最大安装高度:1#、2#塔机最大独立自由高度为68米,3#、4#塔机

3、最大独立自由高度为54米。但为了考虑群塔使用安全,避免塔臂碰撞,4台塔吊初始安装高度依次降低错开一节标准节高度。2、塔吊的布置:1#塔吊设在(d-4)(d-5)轴和(d-u)(d-v)轴之间。2#塔吊设在(d-15)(d-16)轴和(d-t)(d-u)轴之间。3#塔吊设在(d-17)(d-18)轴和(d-f)(d-e)轴之间。4#塔吊设在(d-4)(d-5)轴和(d-h)(d-g)轴之间。塔吊基础承台布置不得与地下室基础承台、地梁、集水坑等碰头,塔基承台面标高与地下室筏板底平。五、塔吊桩基础设计及计算书1、塔吊的基本参数信息塔吊型号:qtz63, 塔吊起升高度h:68.000m,塔身宽度b:2

4、.5m, 基础埋深d:1.500m,自重f1:450.8kn, 基础承台厚度hc:1.350m,最大起重荷载f2:60kn, 基础承台宽度bc:4.500m,桩钢筋级别:hrb335, 桩直径或者方桩边长:0.600m,桩间距a:2.9m, 承台箍筋间距s:200.000mm,承台混凝土的保护层厚度:50mm, 承台混凝土强度等级:c30;2、塔吊基础承台顶面的竖向力和弯矩计算塔吊自重(包括压重)f1=450.80kn;塔吊最大起重荷载f2=60.00kn;作用于桩基承台顶面的竖向力fk=f1+f2=510.80kn;2.1、塔吊风荷载计算依据建筑结构荷载规范(gb50009-2001)中风荷

5、载体型系数:地处浙江杭州市,基本风压为0=0.45kn/m2;查表得:荷载高度变化系数z=1.02;挡风系数计算:=3b+2b+(4b2+b2)1/2c/(bb)=(32.5+22.5+(42.52+2.52)0.5)0.12/(2.52.5)=0.347;因为是角钢/方钢,体型系数s=2.305;高度z处的风振系数取:z=1.0;所以风荷载设计值为:=0.7zsz0=0.71.002.3051.020.45=0.741kn/m2;2.2、塔吊弯矩计算风荷载对塔吊基础产生的弯矩计算:m=bhh0.5=0.7410.3472.568680.5=1487.02knm;mkmaxmemphc6301

6、487.02301.352157.52knm;3、承台弯矩及单桩桩顶竖向力的计算 3.1. 桩顶竖向力的计算依据建筑桩技术规范(jgj94-2008)的第5.1.1条,在实际情况中x、y轴是随机变化的,所以取最不利情况计算。nik=(fk+gk)/nmykxi/xj2mxkyi/yj2;其中 n单桩个数,n=4; fk作用于桩基承台顶面的竖向力标准值,fk=510.80kn; gk桩基承台的自重标准值:gk=25bcbchc=254.504.501.35=683.44kn; mxk,myk承台底面的弯矩标准值,取2157.52knm; xi,yi单桩相对承台中心轴的xy方向距离a/20.5=2

7、.05m; nik单桩桩顶竖向力标准值;经计算得到单桩桩顶竖向力标准值 最大压力:nkmax=(510.80+683.44)/4+2157.522.05/(22.052)=714.63kn。最小压力:nkmin=(510.80+683.44)/4-2157.522.05/(22.052)=-227.51kn。3.2. 承台弯矩的计算依据建筑桩技术规范(jgj94-2008)的第5.9.2条。 mx = niyi my = nixi其中 mx,my计算截面处xy方向的弯矩设计值; xi,yi单桩相对承台中心轴的xy方向距离取a/2-b/2=0.20m; ni1扣除承台自重的单桩桩顶竖向力设计值,

8、ni1=1.2(nkmax-gk/4)=784.52kn;经过计算得到弯矩设计值:mx=my=2784.520.20=313.81knm。4、承台截面主筋的计算依据混凝土结构设计规范(gb50010-2002)第7.2条受弯构件承载力计算。 s = m/(1fcbh02) = 1-(1-2s)1/2 s = 1-/2 as = m/(sh0fy)式中,l系数,当混凝土强度不超过c50时,1取为1.0,当混凝土强度等级为c80时,1取为0.94,期间按线性内插法得1.00; fc混凝土抗压强度设计值查表得16.70n/mm2; ho承台的计算高度:hc-50.00=1300.00mm; fy钢筋

9、受拉强度设计值,fy=300.00n/mm2;经过计算得:s=313.81106/(1.0016.704500.001300.002)=0.002; =1-(1-20.002)0.5=0.002; s =1-0.002/2=0.999; asx =asy =313.81106/(0.9991300.00300.00)=805.63mm2。由于最小配筋率为0.15%,所以构造最小配筋面积为:4500.001350.000.15%=9112.50mm2。符合要求!5、承台截面抗剪切计算依据建筑桩技术规范(jgj94-2008)的第5.9.9条,承台斜截面受剪承载力满足下面公式: vhsftb0h0

10、其中,b0承台计算截面处的计算宽度,b0=4500mm; 计算截面的剪跨比,=a/h0,此处,a=-0.04m;当 3时,取=3,得=0.25; hs受剪切承载力截面高度影响系数,当h0800mm时,取h0=800mm,h02000mm时,取h0=2000mm,其间按内插法取值,hs=(800/1300)1/4=0.886; 承台剪切系数,=1.75/(0.25+1)=1.4;0.8861.41.5745001300=11388.597kn1.2824.627=989.553kn;经过计算承台已满足抗剪要求!6、桩竖向极限承载力验算桩承载力计算依据建筑桩技术规范(jgj94-2008)的第5.

12、13.2+8500.283=1207.691kn;单桩竖向承载力特征值:r=ra=quk/2=1207.691/2=603.846kn;nk=714.627kn1.2r=1.2603.846=724.615kn;符合要求!7、桩基础抗拔验算桩承载力计算依据建筑桩技术规范(jgj94-2008)的第5.4.5条。群桩呈非整体破坏时,桩基的抗拔极限承载力标准值:tuk=iqsikuili其中:tuk桩基抗拔极限承载力标准值; ui破坏表面周长,取ui=d=3.142 0.6=1.885m; qsik 桩侧表面第i层土的抗压极限侧阻力标准值; i 抗拔系数,砂土取0.500.70,粘性土、粉土取0.

13、700.80,桩长l与桩径d之比小于20时,取小值; li第i层土层的厚度。经过计算得到:tuk=iqsikuili=719.88kn;群桩呈整体破坏时,桩基的抗拔极限承载力标准值:tgk=(uliqsikli)/4= 1336.69knul 桩群外围周长,ul = 4(2.9+0.6)=14.00m;桩基抗拔承载力公式:nk tgk/2+ggpnk tuk/2+gp其中 nk - 桩基上拔力设计值,nk=227.51kn; ggp - 群桩基础所包围体积的桩土总自重设计值除以总桩数,ggp =2143.75kn; gp - 基桩自重设计值,gp =247.40kn;tgk/2+ggp=133

14、6.685/2+2143.75=2812.092kn 227.509kn;tuk/2+gp=719.883/2+247.4=607.342kn 227.509kn;桩抗拔满足要求。8、桩配筋计算8.1、桩构造配筋计算as=d2/40.65%=3.146002/40.65%=1838mm2;8.2、桩抗压钢筋计算依据混凝土结构设计规范(gb50010-2002)第7.3条正截面受压承载力计算。 n0.9(fca+fyas)其中 n桩轴向压力设计值,n=824627.31n; 钢筋混凝土构件的稳定系数, =1.00; fc混凝土轴心抗压强度设计值,fc=16.70n/mm2; a桩的截面面积,a=

15、282743.339mm2; fy钢筋强度抗压强度设计值,fy=300.00n/mm2; as全部纵向钢筋截面面积。 经过计算得到:as=(824627.31/(0.91.00)-16.70282743.34)/300.00=-12685.20mm2。8.3、桩受拉钢筋计算依据混凝土结构设计规范(gb50010-2002)第7.4条正截面受拉承载力计算。 n fyas式中:n轴向拉力设计值,n=227508.56n; fy钢筋强度抗压强度设计值,fy=300.00n/mm2; as纵向普通钢筋的全部截面积。as=n/fy=227508.56/300.00=758.36mm2符合要求!9、抗倾覆

16、验算抗倾覆以承台边为转动轴,抗倾覆力矩为承台自重产生的力矩加上桩抗拔力所产生的力距。承台自重抗倾覆力矩 m1=q2.5=6832.25=1536knm桩抗拔力所产生的抗倾覆力矩,抗拔系数取0.6单桩自重:m2=(4800.6+261)0.82+(4860.6+261)3.72=4958knm塔吊倾覆力矩为2157 knm经计算。塔基安全系数k=(1536+4958)/2157=3.012,故该基础满足抗倾覆要求。10、经计算,塔吊桩基采用钻孔灌注桩,直径600,砼强度等级c30,塔基桩取有效桩长35.0米,加灌1.0m,钢筋笼为816,长度27.0m,主筋锚入承台700mm,箍筋为8200螺旋

17、筋,每隔2.0m设14加强箍一道。11、塔吊承台设计:按qtz63自升式塔式起重机使用说明书规定承台长宽高=551.35m,经计算调整为5m能满足要求;桩沿承台四周对角布置,桩中心距l=2900mm,承台每边由桩外围外伸500d/2=300满足构造要求,承台配筋按厂家设计配置,砼强度等级c30附厂家提供的基础设计图。g an employment tribunal claimemployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.you may need to make a cla
