57、的差异化。2.6 已进行的调查研究项目及成果某某地产顾问机构于2005年11月受某某房产开发投资公司委托进行了xx市房地产市场调查和有针对性的家居建材市场调查。本次调研工作由某某地产顾问机构项目调研小组全程操作完成。项目调研员在前期进行了系统的调研培训后再进入实际调查执行工作,发放调查问卷共340份,回收有效问卷320份,并就项目所在区域发展前景与部分xx房地产从业人士、规模较大的家居建材经营户进行了专题采访。最后调研结果由专职统计分析人员进行了科学的数据分析统计,项目组多次组织召开数据统计分析会议,为本项目下一步项目定位系统及市场推广、销售策略建立、执行奠定了坚实基础。调查研究项目及成果如下
