30、必要了。比如自己是否 希望投身于这个行业，自己是否适合于这个工作等。我们常说，先就业后择业就是这个道理，第一份工作后的第一次跳槽，往往是我们纠正自己职业路径的最好机会，如果做了两份、三份工作后突然发觉自己走错了，那么再选择就很难了， 或者就是陷入了我上面谈到的那个问题。所以如果是不喜欢一份工作或一个行业而跳槽，就一定要考虑好今后的方向，不要出现第二次、第三次的纠错。3关于跳槽的周期其实这是一个说法不一的问题。去年我曾经写过一篇文章，叫做稳定，使你增值。说是如果一个应届生能在第一份工作做满三年，再跳槽将拥有一份很漂亮的简历。其实后来我想了想，如果第一份工作自己喜欢或者不讨厌，也许应该这样。但如果

31、发觉真的不适合这个行业或非常厌恶这份工作，是否有必要硬撑个一年（就不用说三年，撑一年就不容易了）。其实我觉得如果发生这种情况， 或多或少是因为公司不正规。 比如公司不交保险，胡乱加班， 办公室氛围很差等，确实可以赶紧离开，并且是宜早不宜迟。但是，接下来，就要像上面说 的，有一个职业规划，避免再次进入这样的公司。如果第一份工作做短了，可以解释公司不正规，如果每份工作都很短，所有公司都会觉得是你个人的问题。4有些时候你不该跳槽。有一句话我一直在说，正确的跳槽并不是觉得公司不好，而是为了自己更好的发展。所以 不要单纯因为不满而跳槽。有时候我们看看自己的公司都是不好的，看看别家都是很好的。 其实每个企业都多少有点问题。只要他没有很明显地违反国家相关法律法规，通俗地说该给的给，该有的有就可以了。 有些人说公司竟然不让上网不让上QQ，元宵节竟然不放假等等。其实工作嘛本来就不应该有娱乐，不要说不让上网，很多大公司甚至在每个员工的电脑里装了截屏和监视程序
