27、觉,对于很多问题都没有准备和总结过, 往往回答得不好,无法展示自己的优点或全部。而通过一次次失败的面试,自己的经验也不断积累,感觉就出来了,所以之后也就找到工作了。当然,今天我主要不谈求职的技巧,我 是看到了很多有工作的人也蠢蠢欲动地想跳槽。关于跳槽,本来就是人职业生涯中一件非常正常和重要的事情,但是很多时候我们会发觉自己越跳越差。那么什么时候该跳,该如何跳 呢?那么我想对于跳槽的问题发表一些自己的看法。1.跳槽的关键点:保证行业的延续。相信求职中的各位都知道,用人单位所谓的经验要求指的不是累计工作经验,而是相关工 作经验。在我们感叹应届生缺乏经验工作难找的同时,我们理所当然应当珍惜自己已经获

28、得的经验。现实中有些人跳槽没有方向性,今天做销售觉得太苦想当行政,找到了行政工作让从端茶倒水做起又觉得没前途,然后又想去学个财务, 等等。或者今天在机械制造业做觉得环境不好,然后跳槽到快消行业,做了不久又觉得产品不够高端,又进入IT行业,等等。总之,这样的跳槽法,最后肯定是一事无成,原地踏步。真正的跳槽不需要广博,而需要专 一。如果一个人在三个行业里各做一年,再找工作,前两个行业的公司会觉得这个人已经有一两年没涉足这个行业了,不要。而第三个行业的公司觉得这个人其实也只有一年经验而且之前的经历完全不相关联。所以这样的跳槽不仅无法使自己得到飞速发展,薪资提升的幅度也很慢。因此,跳槽的关键就是不断积

29、累“相关经验”。2关于职业规划的制定。既然前面说到了延续性很重要,那么就必须先说说定位, 既自己的职业规划。 很多工作多年的人,无论做什么工作,无论身处什么行业,当问起他们为何会从事这个行业或这样的工 作时,很多人都会说,因为第一份工作做了这个,以后就往这个方向发展了。的确,应届生 的第一份工作可能是比较随机的。比如进入服装工作做销售,三年后跳槽,肯定首选的行业还是这个行业(除了厌恶这个行业而跳槽的人),因为自己有“相关经验”。事实上,只要公司正规,应届生对于第一份工作并没有太多的指定性,就像我第一份工作做了和专业完全无关的贸易工 作。但是,当你稍微熟悉了职场后, 重新定位做一个职业规划就很有

30、必要了。比如自己是否 希望投身于这个行业,自己是否适合于这个工作等。我们常说,先就业后择业就是这个道理,第一份工作后的第一次跳槽,往往是我们纠正自己职业路径的最好机会,如果做了两份、三份工作后突然发觉自己走错了,那么再选择就很难了, 或者就是陷入了我上面谈到的那个问题。所以如果是不喜欢一份工作或一个行业而跳槽,就一定要考虑好今后的方向,不要出现第二次、第三次的纠错。3关于跳槽的周期其实这是一个说法不一的问题。去年我曾经写过一篇文章,叫做稳定,使你增值。说是如果一个应届生能在第一份工作做满三年,再跳槽将拥有一份很漂亮的简历。其实后来我想了想,如果第一份工作自己喜欢或者不讨厌,也许应该这样。但如果

31、发觉真的不适合这个行业或非常厌恶这份工作,是否有必要硬撑个一年(就不用说三年,撑一年就不容易了)。其实我觉得如果发生这种情况, 或多或少是因为公司不正规。 比如公司不交保险,胡乱加班, 办公室氛围很差等,确实可以赶紧离开,并且是宜早不宜迟。但是,接下来,就要像上面说 的,有一个职业规划,避免再次进入这样的公司。如果第一份工作做短了,可以解释公司不正规,如果每份工作都很短,所有公司都会觉得是你个人的问题。4有些时候你不该跳槽。有一句话我一直在说,正确的跳槽并不是觉得公司不好,而是为了自己更好的发展。所以 不要单纯因为不满而跳槽。有时候我们看看自己的公司都是不好的,看看别家都是很好的。 其实每个企业都多少有点问题。只要他没有很明显地违反国家相关法律法规,通俗地说该给的给,该有的有就可以了。 有些人说公司竟然不让上网不让上QQ,元宵节竟然不放假等等。其实工作嘛本来就不应该有娱乐,不要说不让上网,很多大公司甚至在每个员工的电脑里装了截屏和监视程序
