45、、环保与节能1.环保方案（1）主要污染源和主要污染物基础上主要污染源、污染物为：加工生产线清洗机产生的含油废水和电镀废水，排放方式为间歇排放，排放量为1.73m3/h，排放周期为两周一次。（2）废水处理工厂废水采用化学法处理，主要为电镀车间镀前处理、镀后清洗废水，废水排放方式为连续排放，排放量为4m3/h，所含污染物主要为锡及cod、ss、石油类、酸、碱，另有连续排放的综合废水3.5m3/h，所含污染物主要为ss、石油类、cod。本次环境保护设计，本着经济合理为原则，采用投药、反应、气浮设施，两种废水分别间歇处理后排入曝气池曝气、过滤。污水处理能力为20m3/h，处理工艺为：综合废水调节池1工
