Family: His father William Burns was a farmer.The family often had nothing to eat.By the age of fifteen, Burns already became the farms chief labourer. Education: He was educated at hom

Career: poet, lyricist and farmer.Scottish Ballads , Patriotic poems,Lyrics of love and friendship. 1783 began to write poetry. Published in 1786 in the Scotland dialect and write
