12、装 学生接受毕业设计(论文)题目日期 第 1 周 指导教师签字: 年 月 日 东北大学毕业设计(论文) 摘要 摘要 干燥技术的应用由来以久,干燥的目的是除去某些原料、半成品中的水分或溶剂,使物料便于包装、运输、贮藏、加工和使用。 目前,国内干燥机的种类很多,按干燥机的构造分,主要有以下几种:喷雾干燥机、流化床干燥机、气流干燥机、回转圆筒干燥机、滚筒干燥机、各种厢式干燥机等。 打散滚筒干燥机是在常规滚筒干燥机的基础上开发的新型干燥设备,通过增加打散和破碎功能,极大地拓展了常规滚筒的使用范围,在保留转筒的处理量大、运行平衡的优点的同时,能处理粘性物料,膏糊状物料。 打散滚筒干燥机的应用广泛,可被广
13、泛地应用于化工、酿造、制造、制药、肥料、城市污泥处理等方面。打散滚筒的设计是一向具有实际意义的工作。本文是根据干燥过程的基本原理,针对其它机型的特点和社会的需求,在已有成功设计实例的基础上,参考以前设计者的经验和结论,进行的设计。由于该机型已有成功应用,因此本文在设计时引用了其他一些设计老师的实验方法和结论。 本论文主要是从以下几个方面介绍打散滚筒干燥机的设计。首先,介绍国内外干燥技术的应用,概括本项设计的设计背景,从干燥机的生产能力和特点出发,确定出整体设计方案。第二步进行机械结构的设计,包括传动部分的设计和校核,轴的形状和尺寸的确定和校核和轴承的寿命计算等。第三步确定其他零件的尺寸和形状,
