Colour rendering index will be 84. The average lighting lux levels for the plant will be as follows:

At selected locations around the main structure, lighting poles will be provided. Distribution panels shall be located indoors, near to the cable lead out point. External

12、 lighting pole locations shall be carefully chosen to provide even light throw and prevent blinding the CCTV camera systems. 室外照明灯具以高压纳灯为主。沿厂区主干道设置立杆式路灯。照明配电箱安装于户 内, 靠近电缆引出位置。室外照明灯具的安装位置须与 CCTV 系统进行协调,以避免 遮挡住摄像头。 External fittings will be located at the following locations: Near entrances Parking lo

13、ts Pedestrian access areas Vehicle access areas Diesel tank area Roadways 室外照明灯具主要设置与下列区域: 厂区大门入口处 停车场 人行道 车辆通行区域 室外油罐箱区域 厂区主干道 Underground cabling will be direct buried. Lead out points from the buildings and all road crossing points will be via uPVC pipes encased in concrete where applicable. 埋地电缆

14、采用直埋方式。电缆由建筑物内引出及穿道路处穿预埋于混凝土内的 UPVC 管。 Exterior lighting will be automatically controlled by a photoelectric cell. An override switch shall be provided for maintenance purposes. Lighting fixtures shall be equipped with electronic ballast to save energy. The exit lights shall be supplied from the backup battery system and 10% from UPS within c

22、uildings will be installed in accordance with PRC regional codes and regulations. 厂房内应急照明的设置依照中国规范和要求设计。 Emergency lighting shall be provided in the following locations: Offices Electric switchrooms Fire fighting control rooms Clean and support rooms Escape path Point of EXIT Corridors and stairwell

25、 power failure, the illuminance level for escape purposes will be approximately 5 lux with a back-up time of (1/2) hour for fittings with in-built battery. 在市电电源中断的情况下,疏散照明的照度要求不低于 5lux 并配备维持时间不小于 30 分钟的后备电池。 5.7.15Receptacles 插座插座 Standard 10A, 220V, 1-Phase receptacles will be installed in all wor

26、kstations and office areas. Waterproof 10A outlets will be installed in wet plant room areas. The number and location of receptacles for large open areas will be determined during detailed design. 厂房及办公区域配备标准的 10A 220V 单相插座。潮湿场所配备防水型插座。具体插座 数量及安装位置将在扩初设计阶段确定。 For each utility plantroom, support room

27、 and corridor, a minimum one number of receptacle will be provided. Final numbers will be determined during detailed design. 所有动力设备机房、洁净室辅助区域及走廊须至少配备一个以上插座,具体插座数量 及安装位置将在扩初设计阶段确定。 400 Volt, 3-phase, 50 Hertz AC 16-ampere power receptacles will be provided for plantrooms to facilitate future service

30、building roof slab. The lightning grid shall made up of galvanised steel tape with minimum thickness of 4mm and minimum cross sectional area of 48mm2. The grid shall be welded at intersections. 防雷系统屋顶避雷网尺寸为 20mx20m 或 24mx16m。避雷网由厚度不小于 4mm、截面 积不小于 48mm2 的镀锌扁钢在各个网格相交点焊接形成。 The lightning grid will be c

31、onnected to a series of earthing electrodes at ground level via building down conductors. Down conductors shall be utilize the structural column rebar. Down conductors shall be spaced approximately 25m apart. 屋顶避雷网通过防雷引下线与防雷接地极相连接。防雷引下线可利用建筑物外側结构 柱内的主钢筋。引下线设置间隔为 25m。 At the building first floor leve

32、l, test points shall be inserted into the down conductor at a height of 300mm above finished floor level. Lightning earth pits containing grounding electrodes shall be installed at ground level. Connections shall be accessible by means of a cover plate. 在距一层地坪面 300mm 处须设置防雷系统测试点。在地面应设置带接地极的接地测试 井并附有

33、盖板。 The resistance of each electrode shall not more than 10 ohm. 防雷接地极的电阻值不大于 10 欧姆。 For non-metallic rooftop structures, one number 300mm finial shall be provided at the highest point and bonded securely to the roof lightning grid via a down conductor secured to the structure frame. 对于屋面的非金属构筑物,应在其

The earthing grid is in 7500mm X 7500mm formation. E

36、ach grid cross point shall be welded. 本项目工程采用联合接地系统,并利用建筑物主体结构内的主钢筋焊接形成接地电气 通路。接地网格尺寸为 7500mmx7500mm。 This common earth grid shall provide protection of personnel, equipment and circuits by eliminating the possibility of dangerous excessive voltages and to dissipate unwanted R.F. disturbances. The r

37、esistance to general body of the earth and between any two points on the system shall not exceed 1.0 Ohm. 该联合接地系统将做为高低压电气设备的工作接地、用电设备的防触电保护接地、防 雷接地及消除会产生影响的高频干扰。接地系统对地电阻值及系统中任意两点间的电 阻值不超过 1 欧姆。 From this common earth grid, several lead up earthing points are derived and connected to earth bars locat

38、ed inside switchrooms, transformer rooms, generator room, UPS rooms, electrical risers, data riser, production area, clean support areas, MDF Room, external guard house and other areas designated by owner via embedded uPVC pipe in slab and column. At each lead up point, a separate bare copper cables

39、 shall be leaded up and welded to common earthing grid. 联合接地系统的公共接地极由接地引入线连接至系统的主接地端子排。主接地端子排 将安装于各高低压电气室、柴油发电机室、UPS 机房、电气/通信竖井、生产厂房、洁 净室辅助区域、IT 交换机房、门卫室及业主制定的其他区域。接地引入线和主接地端 子排之间通过电缆穿预埋 UPVC 管进行连接。 All transformer and generator star points will be solidly grounded via these earthing lead up points. All electrical equipment metal enclosures and cable armouring will be connected to these earth
