1、中小企业电子商务发展现状与对策初探中英文对照english smes e-commerce development present situation and countermeasures of电子商务作为新兴的经济发展形态,随着网络信息技术、计算机技术的逐步成熟,特别是在国务院相继出台的一些电子商务发展意见的指导下,我国的中小企业的电子商务迎来了新的发展机遇。比如一些基于消费品的中小企业电子商务网站的开通和运行,为广大网民提供了不受时间和空间限制的购物平台,在这个信息化、知识化的经济大环境下,网络购物因其价格相对低廉、品种选择繁多、时域限制小等特点,正越来越受到网民的追捧和青睐。作为中小企

6、ommerce development prospects知识经济时代的到来,为人民的生活和工作带来了新的思路和认识。特别是近些年来,电子商务的推广和普及,为社会经济的发展注入了新的活力。中小企业作为电子商务平台的主要参与者,如何借助于电子商务平台来实现自己企业的迅猛发展,如何在广大消费者之间形成自有的网络营销规模,推动我国中小企业电子商务的稳定、快速、持续增长,关注当前电子商务发展中的一些问题和现象,从制度上为企业营造良好的经营氛围,从政策上为企业创建公平的竞争环境,切实为中小企业的电子商务的发展做出一定的贡献。从国家制度和政策上为中小企业电子商务营造了环境。电子签名法的出台,电子支付指引的
7、颁布,以及国务院出台的发展电子商务的相关意见的实施,推动了我国电子商务发展环境的不断形成,随着第三方支付平台的建立,为中小企业的电子商务平台提供了安全保障。全国各地各行业的中小企业借助于政策、制度和技术能力,开启了我国电子商务新时代的到来。the era of knowledge economy, has brought new ideas and understanding for peoples life and work. especially in recent years, the extension and popularization of e-commerce, has inj
