1、参加品牌教师评选的过程与感受我是大连第七十六中的英语教师颜新华,从教已有十六个年头刚刚送走一批初三的学生,七月份,学生的中考成绩出来了,我所任教的两个班级的英语优秀率均达到56%,每个班都有30多人达到126分以上的成绩。其中最高分是137分,仅次于大连市最高分0.5分。学校对我的工作感到比较满意,经审核,给我报了大连市品牌教师的评选活动。刚开学,我又接收了一个新的初三毕业班,不是自己一手带的学生,加上这个班总换班主任,基础差的学生很多。我刚开学就投入到新班级的熟悉和管理中,难度较大,自己感觉到力不从心和极度疲惫,因此对九月份区里的品牌教师选拔没怎么重视,心里想着,忙成这个样,糊弄糊弄得了。但
2、是经过说课淘汰赛以后,又被选到区里上课,在八十中上初三上册第四模块的第二单元,一节读写课。忙着班级里的杂乱琐事,对付区里的公开课,自己又没尽全力去准备,上完课后,连自己都觉得不太满意,都是不在意导致的后果啊!区和校又给了我挑战自我的一个过程甘井子区共选上五名英语教师市品牌教师大赛,我又被推选上了。在与其他四位参赛教师准备上交评选材料的过程中,发现自己在日常过程中,只顾着闷头干活太不重视自己的专业研究和个人提升了。平日里没写过几篇像样的论文、案例和有价值的课题研究。自从接近40岁,我不太愿意上公开课和研讨课,所获此类证件也不多。等到现在需要复印这些证件时,才感觉到书到用时方恨少啊!以后如果在上交
3、论文啊、课堂实录啊、案例啊、教学设计啊等等东西时可不能再像以前那样啊,被逼到数了再往上凑了。虽然被推选为区品牌教师代表咱甘井子区去参评,可自己还是没重视起来,总把它当任务和负担来对待,也很不自信,一点往上努力的激情都没有。十一长假七天在家,教研员王老师让我们五个人好好在家准备,把说课这一环节抓住,争取进入决赛50个人上去20个人,我自知自己能力有限,因此打算混过去得了。但就在犹疑之中,王老师一次又一次的不断打电话和亲自见面鼓励我、提醒我,让我别轻言放弃。我这才开始真正着手去准备说课稿、我和本校另一位参赛老师程馨一起,认认真真的对待说课的准备工作。听说课和读写课的流程,我们都各准备了一个,完成一
4、个就请教王老师有什么地方不太完善,修改之后再写,再改到十月十八日,我们去教育学校抽签之前,我们俩已在初三英语老师和赵丽萍老师、汪艳萍老师、王红老师面前大胆尝试和模拟了一遍说课的流程,他们又给我们俩提出了一些宝贵的意见和好的建议。周五(十月二十一日),我参加了说课选拔赛。大连市教研员和其它四位教授级评委让我们感到从来未有过的压力和紧张。但是我稳住了自己,放平了心态,用良好的状态闯过了这一关。虽说高手如林,但我感觉没选上上课也没关系,最起码,这个说课赛前的准备工作,自己已经走过了一遍,从前从没有尝试过的说客过程也让自己收获不小。说课赛的当天下午,王老师就通知我们23号上午10点钟去80中开会,抽签
5、上课大赛、我听了当时真有些不相信自己的耳朵,没发挥出最好的水平,自己真是幸运啊!m3u2 颜新华im going to talk about module 3 unit 2”liu xiang was trained for gold.” taken from book 5.l first, id like to analyze the teaching material.the topic of this module is entertainment and sports, which is closely related to students interests and they li
6、ke to watch and talk about the sports competitions and sporting stars. so theyre eager to know about how they become successful and their experiences as well. meanwhile, we need to cultivate the students awareness to learn from their heroes about working hard to overcome the difficulties and never g
7、iving up.this unit is mainly a reading material about liu xiang with the structures of past simple passive and future simple passive. it presents further target grammar through reading, with activities to develop discrete reading skills. the students will learn how to introduce a sporting hero with
8、the help of the time line. and further vocabulary items related to the overall theme of the module may be included. the students have learned the way to describe doctor bethone with time order when they were in grade eight, and theyve learned present simple passive in module two. so they have stored
9、 such knowledge background in their mind. the unit closes with writing practice, so after this class, students will be able to write a passage about their favourite sporting stars.the important points of this lesson is to get information from the reading material about liu xiangs sporting experience
10、 by taking notes of the important information, and to combine sentences into a paragraph using and, although and because to describe the life of sporting heroes.the difficult points is to use the past simple passive and future simple passive correctly to describe people and behaviour.l according to
11、the national curriculum standard and the syllabus, after studying the material and analyzing the students studying background, i establish the following teaching aims:first, about the knowledge aims.the topic of this unit is the entertainment and sports.the function is to understand and express some
12、 items about logical relations, such as: now that hes well know all over the world, he will be asked to appear in ads and filmsthe pronunciation is to read the passage fluently and pay attention to the breaks of the sentences.the vocabulay: learn and use the following expressions correctly: nouns:me
13、dal, asvertisement, coach, race; verbs: encourage, record, represent; adj: overnight; adv: regularly; phrases: set up, first of all.the grammar: to learn and use the structures of past simple passive and future simple passive correctly.second, about the ability aims.the students should be able to un

15、o try their best to overcome the difficulties and face the challenges in their life bravely.l based on the analysis above, as this lesson plays an important part in this module, ive designed the following 3 aspects to accomplish the aimspre-reading, while-reading and post-reading.part one: pre-readi
16、ng it will take us 5 minutes.show some pictures about liu xiang, ask the students to talk about him and how they feel when he won the first prize in the 28th olympic games. my purpose is to arouse the students interest and study passion, and to call back what theyve learned to lay a good fundation f
17、or the next step.part two: while-reading. it requires about 25 minutes.step 1: students number the paragraphs and scan the passage then divide it into three parts.(part 1: para 1-2, future life; part 2:para 3-4, past experience; part 3:para 5-6, future plan)。 we do this in order to have a general co
18、mprehesion of what the passage is mainly about and to develop the students ability to sum up the main idea of related paragraphs. also, they will get ready for the next step- reading in details.step 2: read the passage paragraph by paragraph with questions.part 1: para 1. as a symbol, what does liu
19、xiang represent?para 2. as a star, will liu xiang have enough time to train?part 2: para 3. 1.why does the passage say liu xiang is not an overnight success?2. what was liu xiang advised to do in 1998?para 4. what was the special programme set up in 2001?part 3: para 5&6 what will he be encouraged t

21、his period is to cultivate their reading skills of catching the theme of the passage.step 4: i will show the time line on the blackboard and ask the students to complete it with the notes, so that students learn to describe an event with the time order and get the main ideas of the pasage. at the sa
22、me time, we will add some latest news about liu xiang to the time line to make the information more complete.step 5: retell the facts about liu xiang according to the time line. the students practise retelling to grasp the main content of the text as well as to practise further target grammar throug
23、h retelling.through different kinds of reading methods, i wish the students not only read for vacabulary, grammar, answer some simple questions, but also read between the lines to understand some items about logical relations of the paragraphs, learn about the writers opinions, analyze some facts fr
24、om the passage, as well as learn the writing structures and skills with the help of time line.part 3 post-reading we will use 10 minutesstep 1: show some pictures and key words of another excellent sports starzhang yining. the students work in groups to give a brief introduction of her according to
25、the time line, meanwhile, proper passive voice should be used here. cooperative learning can raise students interest and create a learning environment. based on the retelling of liu xiang and summing up the writing structure, the students will transfer the writing method to introduce other famous st
26、ars.step 2: ill give them todays homework based on the topic and language points learnt today. they will finish a composition about zhang yining. for students with level a , they need to finish the writing independently and freely, while for students with level b, the homework will be finished with
27、the list theyve discussed in their group work. different homework is assigned for students with different levels because of students individual differences. my purpose is to help the students use the language to express their feelings and show their opinions. they will put what they have learned in

30、ttention.以上附上我的说课稿,希望对以后参加说课大赛的老师有参考价值。我也通过这次说课大赛,进一步明确了该如何用英语去说课,规范了自己的教学行为,我的收获不仅是说这一节课,而且对整个初三教材上下册的纵观有了一个新的认识和高度,这是用金钱都难以换来的。周日上午10点钟去了80中开会,刘静雯老师给我们讲了一下说课大赛时出现的各种各样的问题,又让我们抽签决定上课时间,我们初三一共七个人,我抽的是最后一课,下午第七节,上m3的unit2.我们的准备时间只有半天,这对我来说又是一个不小的挑战。我回到家后,开始认真思考这节课的教学设计。刘老师说,一堂好课不仅是精心准备和设计出来的,更是生成的。所以
31、不应该害怕准备的时间短,而应在一节上凸显出自己的教学特色、风格,更应以学生为主体。最为重要的是,学生是否能在当堂课学完以后,用本课学的东西去练去说去用。结合这些理念,我设计了本科的流程步步贴近学生实际,始终站在学生的角度,以学生的思维视觉看问题看世界。24号下午2:10上课,5位评委老师来到之后,我就开始了自己的教学活动。出现了好几个自己没预想的问题,但我始终镇定、自信、机智地去处理和应对,感觉到自己和学生已融为一体,比较好地达成了自己的预期目标。上完这节课时,当堂就感觉到自我提升了很大一步。不管结果怎样,非常想谢这一过程给我自己的历练和提高。感谢王老师、刘老师给我的指导与帮助,更让我感到欣喜
