〇九经济效益分析报告

1、九年度经济效益分析有限公司座落于区路号，公司创建于1998年，属私营企业有限责任公司性质。注册资金500万元，生产专项化学品及医药原料药，属省高新技术企业，市级原料药研发中心一个，目前拥有员工95人，其中专职研发人员20人。公司历经11年的不断发展状大，由原来生产单一的甘宝素专项化学产品逐步发展成生产专项化学品及医药原料两大类，以吡啶硫酮锌和盐酸氟西汀为代表的8个品种的化工企业。特别是近三年，公司更是长足迅猛发展。下面通过几组财务指标对该公司近三年经济效益情况进行对比分析：1、 公司财务基本情况：表1 公司近三年整体情况对比表 从表1数据看出，本年产值和利润都比前两年都有大幅度增长，09年实现

2、产值5091万，比08年增长了28.8%，比07年增长了95.1%； 营业收入方面，主营业务收入大幅上升，09年达到6637万，比08年增长了38%，比07年增长了124.1%；其他业务收入却大幅减少，由07年的643万，降到09年的132万，降幅达79.5%，可以看出公司正步入良性经营；上交税金增幅最大，说明企业对社会贡献度大幅增加，实现了回报社会的办厂宗旨。2、 成长性分析： 09年销售收入比08年增长33.5%，比07年增长88%，实现稳步增长； 08年销售利润率比07年增长291.1%，主要是由于08年研发成功的新康唑和吡啶硫酮铜二个新产品项目投入生产销售，吡啶硫酮锌进行工艺改进获得成

3、功，以及金融危机导致化工原料下降等因素的影响，致使08年度销售利润大幅提高； 固定资产增长率09年为6.6%，比08年下降2.2%，呈下降趋势，是由于其基数不断增大，而固定资产投资额不变，导致增长率下降。三、收益性分析： 所有者权益报酬率09年为47.3%，比08年23.3%增长了24%，说明增收增利增回报； 总资产报酬率09年13.8%，08年11.5%，同比增加了2.3%，说明资产总体动作能力不断提高，回报率在增加； 09年实现利润总额738万元，比08年增加142万元，虽然销售利润率有所下降，但成本费用率比08年降低0.5%，所以净利润率还是比08年上升了0.7%。四、流动性分析： 从资

4、金周转率来看，各项指标周转速度都相当快速，虽然存货周转率略有减缓，流动资产周转率走平，但总体周转速度还属优良。五、安全性分析： 从流动比率和速动比率两指标来看，流动比率1.3，速动比率0.7，简单分析公司资金变现能力低，但我们深入分析公司的负债结构，不难看出，公司的负债总额中几乎一半是向股东的借款，09年总负债2000万，其中1341万是属于向股东借入，这样若踢开向股东借入的部分，则外债流动比率3.5，速动比率2.5，变现能力相当强。 从负债比率、权益比率和负债与股东权益比率三指标来看，正逐渐降低，说明公司资金越来越安全。六、生产性分析： 上图反映，人均资产总额在下降，这是由于09年度收回了4
