1、基于基于 plc 和组态王的洗衣机控制系统设计和组态王的洗衣机控制系统设计 【摘要摘要】组态王开发监控系统软件，是新型的工业自动控制系统，它以标准 的工业计算机软、硬件平台构成的集成系统取代传统的封闭式系统。它具有适 应性强、开放性好、易于扩展、经济、开发周期短等优点。通常可以把这样的 系统划分为控制层、监控层、管理层三个层次结构。其中监控层对下连接控制 层，对上连接管理层，它不但实现对现场的实时监测与控制，且在自动控制系 统中完成上传下达、组态开发的重要作用。组态软件也为试验者提供了可视化 监控画面，有利于试验者实时现场监控。而且，它能充分利用 windows 的图形 编辑功能，方便地构成监

6、ng control 第一章第一章 课题设计与要求课题设计与要求 1.11.1课题要求课题要求 全自动洗衣机是我们日常生活中很普遍使用的自动化电器，给我们的生活 带来了方便，演示模块如右图所示，下面我们将模拟全自动洗衣机，了解其工 作原理。 工作流程： 启动：按下启动按钮进水口开始进水，进水口指示灯亮，当水位达到高水 位限制开关的时候，停止进水。运行灯亮。 洗衣过程：当进水完成后，洗涤电机开始转动，运行指示灯亮。为了更好 的洗涤衣服，我们设定洗涤电机正转，反转相互交替三次。正反转切换前需先 停止，当设定洗涤次数完成时，排水灯亮，洗涤电机停止转动。将桶内水排完。 当水排完后，洗涤电机启动，将衣服

11、反转三秒，正反转之间有一秒停顿。正反转三次后，洗衣机电机停 止运转，出水口指示灯亮，洗衣机开始排水，当水位到达下限位时，按下下限 位按钮，电机开始正转，洗衣机开始脱水，运转九秒后洗衣机停止运转。当进 水或出水超过九秒后，洗衣机停止运行，报警灯亮。按下停止，所有状态全部 停止运行。从表格和图可以看出，进水次数达到 3 次报警，达到 10 次后清零。 第六章第六章 心得体会心得体会 通过这次的实训，我还是有许许多多的收获的。刚拿到洗衣机这个题目的 时候心里还是比较高兴的，毕竟之前做 plc 设计的时候也有做过，洗衣机的运 转过程还是比较清楚的，思路也是比较清晰的。但是按照自己思路编好后发现 有许许
