2、研究决定成立“四五”普法领导小组，日常普法办公室设在司法所，镇普法办确定了六位工作人员，制定了普法工作制度。二、围绕镇中心工作，服务大局，做好普法宣传 1、发挥普法依法治理工作的职能作用，积极普及到今年农村“三个代表”重要思想的学教活动，找准切入点，开展依法治理活动，解决一些群众关心的热点和难点问题，增强普法工作实效。2、借助今年我镇农村税费改革的契机，在宣传好国家税费改革的方针、政策的同时，大力宣传好中华人民共和国税收征收管理法，在进村入户开展工作的同时，为农户发放普法宣传资料8份，搞好送法进农家活动。3、在今年冬季村委会换届选举时，大力做好村民委员会组织法、宪法等相关法律的宣传，努力营造良

3、好的法制氛围。4、借党的“十六”大召开之际，密切配合贯彻综治委工作的统一部署和安排，大力宣传国家依法治国的方略，宣传国家的宪法、民法、刑法等相关知识，提高我镇公民的法治意识和法律知识。5、全力搞好每年“124”法制宣传日活动。12月4日是法制宣传日，我镇精心组织了由县司法局、县普法办、镇司法所、历市公安分局、县交警大队参加的法律知识讲座和法律咨询活动，取得了良好的社会效应。6、抓好了每月一期的法制宣传栏。去年8月份开始，我镇由司法所牵头组织坚持每月都出了一期法制宣传栏，同时指导有条件的村每年至少出好4期法制宣传栏。二、突出重点，以点带面，全方位推进学法开展 1、突出领导干部和公务员学法。今年我

4、镇副科级以上领导干部重点学好了领导干部法律知识读本一书，做到认真做好读书笔记，并在年底写出了学法心得体会文章一篇。搞好了每季度一次的法制讲座，全镇干部职工在今年学好婚姻法、人民防空法、红十字会法、宪法、xx省环境污染防治条例、村民委员会组织法等七法一条例、并做好学习笔记至少3字以上。在今年7月份，对xx省25年重点普及法律辅导讲话和领导干部法律知识读本两书的普法内容组织了全镇干部职工和镇属单位负责人进行了考试，总体成绩较好。同时，建立健全了学法笔记本考核和学法合格证制度。从今年下半年开始，按市、县法宣办要求，我镇建立并完善了学法笔记本和学法合格证制度，领导干部职工和镇属单位负责人以及各村负责人
