2、住宁静。即便是 现在网络发达,但是依然要坚守内心的宁静,只有内心宁静,才能专注。或许听起来很非人, 但这是高考现状决定的。再次:自我暗示,三省吾身。所谓三省吾身,于高中生而言,不是指 修养反思,而是要不断地问自己,最近哪些学会了,哪些还不会,会的标记出来,不会的也要 标记出来。最好是每天早上和晚上睡觉之前,都要反思一下,记下来,后面复习的时候,以此 为参考,提高效率,直击要害。第六,要有强大的自信,训练自己的考试霸气感。考试的时候,不要犹犹豫豫,要高度集中, 快速答题,舍我其谁,高度自信。在答题的同时,快速暗示和回忆自己需要注意的一切细节, 比如读题陷阱,比如答题规范,等等。反复训练,就会提高
