41、计文件要求。了解设计意图,掌握现场情况,满足设计标准和要求。(3)坚持科学性、先进性、经济性、合理性与实用性相结合的原则。(4)把握控制点,整体推进,优化资源配置,实行动态管理,确保总工期的原则。(5)保证重点,突破难新点,安全第一、质量至上的原则。(6)遵循贯标机制的原则。确保质量、安全、环境三体系在本项目工程施工中自始至终得到有效运行。3.工程概况3.1.工程简介新长河特大桥施工起止里程为dk178+973.470dk181+205.295 ,中心里程dk180+089.383,全长2231.825 m,上部结构采用32m、24m简支梁和2联(48+80+48)m连续梁、1联(40+64+

42、41)m连续梁,其中2联(48+80+48)m连续梁跨越新长河及河堤,1联(40+64+41)m连续梁跨越世纪大道,桥台为矩形空心桥台,桥墩除5559采用圆形实体墩外,其它均采用圆端形实体桥墩,基础均采用钻孔桩。新长河特大桥跨越在建南环高速、304省道以及新长河,线路起始处多为山地,且有多处高压线跨越线路,跨越在建南环高速和304省道后穿越村庄经过大片水田在沙子坝周家处跨越长河,跨越长河后地势平坦。3.2.主要工程数量主要工程数量见表3-2-1新长河特大桥主要工程数量表。3.3.主要技术标准铁路等级:客运专线旅客列车设计行车速度:250km/h正线数目:双线正线线间距:4.6m最小曲线半径:3

45、河特大桥主要工程数量表3.4.自然地理特征3.4.1.地形地貌新长河特大桥位于江西省瑞昌市内,海拔高度30-50m,相对高差不小于20m。属于长河一级阶地地貌,地形平坦、开阔,多为水田、旱地及民宅,大里程侧靠近九江台处多为丘前缓坡地貌,丘坡植被发育,多为乔木、林场、少量杂草及灌木。3.4.2.工程地质条件及不良地质本桥梁场地内构成岩性复杂,地基岩土均一般好,弱风化基层埋深差异较大,上覆盖第四系土层中大范围分布厚层的软土及碎石土,场地土层属中硬土,场地类别属ii类。场地内不良地质为覆盖性岩溶,岩溶发育强度属强烈发育,岩溶覆盖层多为粉质粘土、圆砾土层,基岩面附件土体粘结强度易受岩层水破坏。土颗粒亦

46、随地下水搬运而流失,形成土洞,当土洞发育形成规模时,在机械振动和真空吸蚀作用下,容易引发地面塌陷。3.4.3.地震动参数本桥地震动峰值加速度0.05g,地震动反应谱特征周期为0.35s。3.4.4.水文地质条件地表水:桥址处于河流一级阶地,地表水主要为水塘水、湖泊水、水田水、沟渠水及河流水,其中长河常年有水,水深2-3m,水量受季节性降水影响,水量丰富。地下水:主要分布于长河一级阶地,地下水为第四系孔隙水河岩溶裂隙水、溶洞水,地下水主要靠长河水、鱼塘水及大气降雨补给,水位随季节影响而变化。由于河水、地下水之间的水力联系,洪水季节,当地表水水位较高时,附近地下水可能具有承压性。3.5.施工条件3

47、.5.1.立交情况(1)dk179+045dk179+110跨越南环线(新长河瑞昌县内连接线),路幅组成:3.5米人行道-12米机非混合车道-4米绿化带-12米机非混合车道-3.5米人行道,与线路夹角7327。要求净高5.5m,设计采用2-32m简支梁跨越,并且已经与地方取得相关协议在墩身不侵占通车路面情况下可以在中间绿化带需设置桥墩。(2)dk179+275.8dk179+285.处跨越s304省道(迎宾大道),该路路宽27m,路幅组成:2.5米人行道-9米机非混合车道-4米绿化带-9米机非混合车道-2.5米人行道,与线路夹角1067,要求净高5.5m,设计采用1-32m简支梁跨越。(3)d

48、k180+023.3dk180+074.5处跨越世纪大道,该路路宽48m,路幅组成:3.5米人行道-4.5米非机动车道-2.5米绿化带-11米机动车道-6米绿化带-11米机动车道-2.5米绿化带-4.5米非机动车道-3.5米人行道,与线路夹角7015,要求净高5.5m,设计采用1-(40+60+41)m连续梁跨越。(4)dk180+353.53附近跨越锦绣路(规划道路),该路路宽24m,路幅组成:3.5米人行道-17米机非混合车道-3.5米人行道,与线路夹角7015,要求净高5.5m,设计采用1-32m简支梁跨越。(5)dk180+822.07dk180+859.93处跨越新长河大道(新长河河

49、堤,河堤道路共用,在建道路),该路宽28m,路幅组成:3.5米人行道-21米机非混合车道-3.5米人行道,夹角5456,要求净高5.5m,设计采用2-(48+80+48)m连续梁跨越。3.5.2.水、电条件桥下有既有沟、河,地表水丰富,施工用水可就近取用。本桥安装2台500kva的变压器单独架线接入形成相对独立的供电系统。另外配置2台250kw发电机、1台150kw备用发电机作为备用电源,以便停电时供电。3.5.3.通讯条件已按照要求,建立项目信息系统,程控电话和移动电话相结合的方法实现内外联络。3.5.4.材料供应主要材料:钢材、水泥等主要物资,将按照要求分年度、季度和月份提供物资供应计划,

50、统一招标采购。工程用砂:工程用砂可就地购买,其产量和质量均可满足本工程施工的需要。石料:附近石料场较多,其质量、数量均可满足工程施工需要。油料:从当地现有的油库购买,油罐车运至工地。3.6.工程特点(1)新长河特大桥跨越新长河及河堤采用2联(48+80+48)m连续梁,跨越世纪大道采用1联(40+64+41)m连续梁,施工难度大、施工周期长,是控制施工进度的关键。(2)桥梁基础采用钻孔灌注桩基础,桩径类型多,地下岩溶极为发育,钻孔桩施工难度大。(3)本段混凝土结构按100年使用年限设计,必须采用耐久性高性能混凝土。根据相关文件及标准规范,对混凝土原材料、配合比设计、施工工艺、质量控制提出了更高

51、要求。(4)连续梁桥采用悬臂施工法,在结构体系转换时,为保证施工阶段的稳定,边跨先合拢,释放梁墩锚固,结构由双悬臂状态变成单悬臂状态,最后跨中合拢,形成连续梁受力状态。(5)本标段线路多次跨越世纪大道、锦绣路等多条道路,现场施工与既有公路行车相互干扰,安全防护要求高,组织协调复杂。(6)环保要求高。施工中必须做好各类环保设施,最大限度减小施工对环境的影响,将本工程修建为绿色、环保之路。4.施工总体方案和布署4.1.施工总体安排针对本工程的特点,下部工程采取分段平行流水施工,多开工作面的方法,保证整桥工期,对3联连续梁施工,在开工后作为整座桥梁工程的重点部分优先考虑,确保整体工程推进。根据现场地

52、质、设计桩径、桩长,钻孔桩基础采用冲击钻成孔,基坑开挖视土质及地下水情况,选用放坡开挖。墩身采用组合钢模版,桩基、承台、墩台身施工要合理组织,形成流水作业。混凝土在2#拌和站集中拌制,砼运输车运输、输送泵或泵车泵送灌注。混凝土满足高性能混凝土耐久性和抗腐蚀性要求。高性能混凝土从原材料控制、配合比设计、灌注养护工艺、钢筋保护层控制等各个环节来保证,大体积混凝土采取降低水化热和控制灌注时间、温度,加强养护如预埋冷却水管通水冷却、控制混凝土内部温度和内外温差等措施,防止混凝土开裂。桥梁下部施工用模板采用钢模板,委托专业厂家制作。现场试拼、验收合格后使用。水中墩(57#、58#墩)施工平台选择漫水桥方

53、案,在枯水期完成57#、58#墩施工。汛期来临前拆除漫水桥。4.2.施工组织机构及施工队伍的分布4.2.1.施工组织机构根据本工程特点和我单位实际施工能力,中国建筑股份有限公司瑞九铁路rjzq-1标项目部配置58人,设项目经理1人,副经理2人,安全总监1人,总工程师1人,设7个职能部门,抽调具有丰富国内铁路干线并通过了铁路客运专线知识培训的工程技术和管理人员投入本项目。施工组织机构图见图4-2-1。(1)项目经理(王晋夫)负责施工生产经营活动,有效调配和管理项目的人力、财力、物资、设备、设施等资源,确保管理体系的有效运行;贯彻执行有关法律法规、技术规程、规范和质量标准,组织实施项目实施性施工组
