17、识，所以听力部分的比重占了试卷的一半。阅读和写作，引导老师和学生开始重视阅读与写作采取等级评价制度，最后的评价标准老师掌握，试题除了基本信息和题目外，在开始答题前，撰写寄语，鼓励学生快乐展示，开心答题。考题结束，鼓励学生静心检查。在命制试题的过程中，既注意了基础知识更重视学习能力的考察。基础知识运用部分主要考察了本学期学习的基本词汇（书写和认读），基本句型、常用语言知识点（表示过去的句型）等。阅读能力考查和写作能力展示主要是引导老师和学生在一级目标要求认读的基础上，开始重视“读懂简单的小故事和写出简短的描述”的课程标准要求。二、设计方案的有效性论证本试卷主要是关注了试卷的效度、信度、区分度，注
