1、混合离子交换器Mixed of ion exchange使用说明书Operating Instruction一、工艺原理 Technical principle本公司生产的混合离子交换器(简称混床),在脱盐水工程中,用于二级脱盐水的制备, 被处理的水由上向下流经按一定的比例配比装填并混合形成的强酸、 碱树脂层来制取成品水。 均匀混合的树脂层中,阳树脂与阴树脂紧密地交错排列,每一对阳树脂与阴树脂颗粒似于一 组复床,混床就象无数组串联运行的复床。通过混合离子交换后进入水中的氢离子与氢氧离 子会立即生成电离度很低的水分子(H20),很少可能形成阳离子或阴离子交换时的反离子, 使交换反应进行的十分彻底

17、为冲洗终点。C、 Open the inlet valve, exhaust valve, open system before, to close the discharge valve, after equipment outlet water flushing equipment to clear water to rinse the end.2)装填树脂 Filling resin打开人孔,如果出水装置采用承托层结构则按所设计的承托层高度装填,装填完毕后再 装树脂。按所设计的树脂高度,依次装入,填完后抹平,以中排装置支管以上 200mm 为基准 线(已包括压脂层的高度)。没有中排装置的

20、差不大于0.5bar,检验进出水的流量显示。4) After the normal operation of equipment should detection in and out of the water pressure difference is not greater than 0.5 bar, check in and out of the water flow.六、操作说明 Operating instructions1 正洗 Conventional well-flushing启动一级脱盐水泵,打开混床进水阀,排气阀,水流由上而下,当水充满设备时关闭排气阀,打开下排阀,稳定其

25、mixed bed, start the regenerative pump, flow with 5 m/h control advisable, time for 5 minutes, reclaimed water temperature of 40 50C .(3)反洗分层:打开反洗进水阀、上排阀,以流速为10m/h 进行反洗分层,反洗流速或流量同反洗预分层,反洗终点以阴、阳树脂交界处彻底分层为止,反洗结束时应缓慢关闭进水 阀,使树脂颗粒逐步沉降,以达到最佳的分层效果。(3)Backwashing layered: open the backwashing on the inlet v

28、 settling down, evenly container liquid level down to resin surface above 200mm position.(5)再生剂注入:采用同步再生法,打开再生系统再生水稀释阀,酸、碱计量箱出口阀,混 床进酸、进碱阀、中排阀,启动再生泵,酸、碱再生流量均以 5m/h 为宜,再生时间根据实际 需要确定,供碱液注入的再生水温度应加热至4045 C,可以取得较好的再生效果。( 5 ) Regenerant injection: using synchronization method, open the regeneration syste

33、面以下,结束时应用尽快的速度排水,促使树脂 迅速下沉,以防止树脂在沉降过程中重新分离,引起混合不彻底,但同时要注意防止树脂层 脱水。Open the discharge valve. 38、所带的杂质、反映不完全的产物等,当树脂与水、酸、碱溶液接触时 ,上述这些杂质 (如磺酸.胺类等)会进入溶液 ,从而沾污出水水质及影响树脂的工艺 性能。因此 , 新树脂在使用之前应进行预处理 ,以除去新树脂表面的可溶性杂质。处理方法需 按照各种不同使用对象而定。New resin contained in excess of raw material and with the impurities, which can reflect the incomplete products, such as when the resin when in contact with the water, a

Processing methods need to be used according to different objects.一般新树脂若用在食品或医药工业的水处理系统时,最好先用树脂体积 2-3 倍的饱和食盐水浸泡 20 小时左右,用自来水冲洗到中性。再用2-5%盐酸浸泡或低流速处理 ,以除去铁质 ,然后用 2-5%烧碱溶液浸泡或低流速处理 ,以去除树脂中的有机杂质 ,并清洗至出水化学耗氧量 (COD)达到稳定值,最后用纯水冲洗至中性。如阳树脂必须再以2-5%盐酸转型,然后用纯水洗 到出水无氯离子。对于阴树脂不必再转型,经过烧碱处理已
