8、依法治校管理水平为目标加强学校领导班子成员学法、守法、用法教育。落实吉林市教育局党委开展的“学法律、学业务、学理论构建和谐班子创一流工作业绩”活动采取集中辅导和自学相结合的方式重点学习宪法、教育法、义务教育法、教师法、未成年人保护法、预防未成年人犯罪法、中小学生伤害事故处理办法、中小学幼儿园安全管理办法、行政许可法、物权法、合同法、治安管理处罚法、道路交通安全法等法律法规。2、以提高依法施教水平为目标加强教师的法制宣传教育。将宪法、义务教育法、教师法、未成年人保护法、中小学教师法治教育读本等法律法规列为教师培训中法制教育必修课和考核内容组织教师系统学习基本的法律原则和必要的法律规范提高教师指导

15、课程特点从道路安全、食品卫生、环境保护等相关法律知识方面在日常课堂教学中加以渗透。学校通过具体的奖惩措 施做好保障工作。,3,学校依托公检法等部门积极开辟普法第二课堂。利用寒暑假前、开学初、重大节日等集中开展法制宣传教育活动不断增强学生法制宣传教育的针对 性和实效性。4、 发挥法制副校长、法制辅导员作用进一步完善法制副校长、法制辅导员 制度明确工作职责等。发挥他们在学校及周边治安综合治理中的作用。5、迎接“百名律师进校园”、“百名司法所长进校园”公益活动同时迎接 全市教育系统“五五”普法讲师团。6、 结合创建“和谐校园”、实施“为了明天”工程等同有关部门密切配合 加强对学生依法维权的指导使学生
