Students look at the title and the picture of Lesson 3, trying to predict the content of the text.Step2 Fast Reading1.Get the students to read the t

Careful Reading1.Students have time to read the passage again,more carefully, and try to answer the questions in Ex 4. Which river is being talked about in the article? In which area has soil erosion almost destro
6、yed farming land? What can people do to help stop soil erosion? Why does the writer say 5 yuan is important? Which example is given to show that 5 yuan can help to develop a local economy? 2. After a minute, ask somebody to answer the questions and check the answers with the whole class. The Yellow
