4、 potential competitiveness by theoretical guidance and practical training. For another, it also helps the students not only in regulating their behaviors, learning to communicate, arousing their creative thinking and setting up the public awareness in modern time, but also in improving their qualiti

5、es and capabilities, molding a good image of individuals and improving their sociability in effective way.2. Design ThinkingMarket competition results in talent competition at last. The key to build and promote the image of the countries and the enterprises and improve their market competition is de

6、veloping excellent talent in public relations. Starting from this requirement, the theoretical and practical teaching system of the course is mainly constructed by emphasizing the comprehensive capability training and professional accomplishment improvement.Based on mastering the basic theory of pub

7、lic relations, guild by the principle of combining theory with practice, this course focuses on developing studentssense of public relations and communicative competence. It emphasizes not only on teaching the knowledge of system theory but also on training the ability of practice, and strives for (

8、the requirement of) theories sufficiency with laying the emphasis on cultivating the practical competence At the same time, according to the actual demand of the college student employment, the course especially strengthens the etiquette knowledge and practical training in class, and highlights the

9、professional capacity training The teacher will pay close attention to triggering students5 earning motivation and arousing their learning interest, and helps them forming the habit of standing on etiquette consciously in life during the process of teaching and learning. Various teaching methods suc

10、h as teaching method, role playing method, scene simulation, and case teaching can be used to give full play to students1 participation enthusiasm In this way, students9 competence to actual strain and apply knowledge of etiquette can get all-round improvement as well as their self-cultivation, pers
