The plasma or blaze cutting for the C & D type welding seamcan be used, but it shall be grinded after cutting

There can not allowed to have the air hole, crack andundercut on the welding seam surface.焊缝表面不得有气孔、裂纹和咬边等缺陷。5. The defects which caused by machining shall be repaired.因机加工,焊接引起的表面
41、损伤应修磨。6. Completement of attachment附件填充。7. PMI shall be done for welds.焊缝进行 PMI 检验。1. Chloride content in water for pressure test should not exceed25ppm. And assured to use De-mineralised water.液压试验时水中氯离子含量不超过 25ppm,且保证试验用水为去除矿物质的水。2. At the hydrostatic pressure test, the pressure shall be hold for2
42、 hours. During the test, the pressure shall be de-creased inminimum one time below the allowable working pressure andincreased again to the test pressure. In each case the inspector orthe OP representative may deside.水压试验时保压两小时,压力试验时,试验压力值应缓慢降至最大允许工作压力并再缓慢升至压力试验值至少一次,每种情况是否合格由检验员或 OP 代表决定。3. After t
