3、and site safety rules in order to ensure that tasks are performed in a safe and orderly way.1.2试验过程应统一组织统一指挥;Testing and commissioning shall be well organized and conducted under unified command.1.3在试验过程中如有危及人身及设备安全的情况,应立即停止试验;In case of any abnormal conditions leading to personal injury and equipme
4、nt damage, suspend testing immediately and take corrective measures.1.4试验过程中合发电机出口断路器和磁场断路器时,做好安全隔离措施,防止发电机误上电。Be sure to isolate the generator system electrically before closing generator CB and magnetic field CB to prevent inadvertent energizing the generator.2 调试目的Commissioning purpose为了指导及规范系统及设
5、备的调试工作,检验系统的性能,发现并消除可能存在的缺陷,保证系统及设备能够安全正常投入运行。Instruct and regulate the system and equipments commissioning. Verify system performance, Discover and eliminate defects might exist. Ensure the system and equipments can be put into operation safely and normally. 3仪器设备Equipment以下所有的仪器已经过校验.All the instr
6、uments below have already calibrated.3.1 万用表: FLUKE 17BMultimeter: FLUKE 17B3.2 信号发生器:FLUKE 744Signal Source: FLUKE 7444. 编制依据Reference4.1设计图纸Design drawing 4.2制造厂家产品说明书Manufacture product document 5. 调试范围 机组BTG大联锁,即锅炉、汽轮机、发电机之间的联锁关系。Boiler-Turbine-Generator (BTG) interlock is the logic relationship
7、 between the operations on boiler, turbine and generator.5.1锅炉主保护MFT动作信号送到ETS联跳汽轮机,汽轮机跳闸后,通过逆功率保护跳闸发电机。The signal MFT (master fuel trip) initiates the ETS to trip the turbine, after the turbine tripped, the generator will be tripped off by reverse-power protection.5.2发电机主保护动作联跳汽轮机。汽轮机跳闸后,锅炉负荷(蒸汽流量)大
8、于30%,触发锅炉MFT动作。The operation of generator main protections will intertrip the turbine, which will, in turn, initiate MFT if the boiler load(main steam flow) is greater than 30%.6. 调试前必须具备的条件Conditions of commissioning6.1机组分系统试运工作完毕,分系统试运中出现的问题已全部处理完毕;Testing and trial run of each subsystem has been
9、finished. All defects and abnormal conditions occurred in the trial run have been rectified. 6.2锅炉主保护(MFT)的各项试验已全部完毕,逻辑关系正确;All testing items of MFT have finished, showing the logic conditions correct.6.3锅炉各主要辅机的联锁保护试验完毕,逻辑关系正确;Testing of the interlocks and protections of boiler auxiliaries has fini
10、shed, indicating logic conditions correct.6.4汽轮机主保护的各项试验全部完毕,逻辑关系正确;Testing of all main protections of turbine has finished, showing the operation logic correct.6.5汽轮机各主要辅机的联锁保护试验完毕,逻辑关系正确;Testing of interlocks and protections of turbine main auxiliaries has finished, showing the logic correct.6.6发-
11、变组保护的各项试验全部完毕,逻辑关系正确;Testing of all protections of generator-transformer unit has been finished, showing the operation logic correct.6.7发-变组系统断路器传动试验完毕,符合设计要求。The circuit breakers (CBs) of generator-transformer unit have passed transmission test, fulfilling design requirements. 6.8现场道路畅通,通讯设施良好,照明充足
12、。Roads and paths in site are clear, convenient communications and sufficient lighting are available.6.9整套启动前的条件基本满足。The entire plant and support system have been made in readiness for integral unit start-up.7. 调试步骤Process of commissioning74.1试验前机组状态 Pre-testing condition of the unit 7.1.1锅炉状态:Boiler
13、 conditionl 启动送、引风机。(开关在试验位)Start ID fan and FD fan (CB in “Test” position).l 锅炉吹扫完成(信号模拟),MFT复位。Simulate completion of furnace purging. Reset MFT.l 任意模拟投入一层油枪。Simulate that oil guns at the first level are put into operation.l 在试验位合一次风机开关,模拟投入下层制粉系统。Close PA fan CB in “TEST” position and simulate to
14、 put mill group A into operation. l 打开减温水电动门(过热器一减、二减电动门及总门,再热器事故喷水电动门、再热器微调减温水电动门及总门)。Open motorized attemperating water valves, including 1st, 2nd stage attemperators and main isolating valves of superheater, emergency spray water valve, 2nd stage attemperating valve of reheater and main isolate v
15、alves of reheater.7.1.2汽轮机状态:Turbine conditionl DEH复位。Reset DEH.l 汽轮机挂闸,主汽门开启。Latch turbine and open main steam valves.l 将汽轮机疏水阀全关。Close all turbine drain valves. l 将汽轮机抽汽逆止门及抽汽电动门全开。Open turbine extraction non-return valve and motorized valve fully. 7.1.3电气状态:Generator condition l 手动合发电机出口开关 Close
16、generator circuit breaker (CB) manuallyl 手动合磁场断路器 Close field breaker manually.7.2联锁试验:Testing of interlock circuits:7.2.1锅炉跳闸,联锁汽轮机跳闸,汽轮机跳闸后通过逆功率保护联跳发电机。Boiler tripping will intertrip the turbine, resulting in the generator trip by reverse-power protection. 7.2.1.1在发变组保护柜模拟逆功率值大于设定值。At generator-tr
17、ansformer protection cabinet, simulate the value of reverse power greater than the setting value.7.2.1.2选择一项MFT保护条件,触发MFT动作。Initiate the MFT by simulating one of MFT protection conditions.7.2.1.3MFT动作,锅炉跳闸,联跳供油快关阀、回油快关阀、油角阀及吹扫阀、油枪及点火枪、一次风机、A给煤机、A磨煤机、下层制粉系统,联关减温水电动门(过热器一减、二减电动门及总门,再热器事故喷水电动门、再热器微调减温水
18、电动门及总门)。MFT action will initiate the following protection operations:1) Oil feed fast valve intertrip2) Return oil fast valve intertrip3) Oil corner valves and purging steam valves intertrip4) oil guns and ignition guns intertrip5) PA fans intertrip6) Coal feeder A and miller A intertrip7) Attempera
19、ting water valves close (1st, 2nd and stage attemperators and main isolating valves of superheater, emergency spray water valve, 2nd stage attemperating valve of reheater and main isolate valves of reheater).7.2.1.4联锁汽轮机跳闸,主汽门关闭,联开汽轮机疏水阀,联关汽轮机抽汽逆止门及抽汽电动门。The interlock will trip the turbine by initia
20、ting the following operations:1) The main steam stop valve will be closed.2) Turbine drain valves will be open.3) Turbine extraction non-return valve and motorized valve will be closed.7.2.1.5汽机跳闸后,汽机跳闸信号送至发变组保护柜,发电机跳闸,断路器断开。On receiving the turbine trip signal, the reverse-power protection (in the
21、generator-transformer protection cabinet) will trip the generator CB off.7.2.1.6试验完成后系统恢复:Restore the system on the completion of testing.锅炉复位:Restoration of boiler condition 8. 锅炉吹扫完成(信号模拟)。The furnace purging has been completed(simulate the signal).8. MFT复位。Reset MFT.汽轮机复位:Restoration of turbine c
22、ondition8. DEH复位。Reset DEH8. 汽轮机挂闸,主汽门开启。Latch turbine and open main steam valves again.7.2.1.7试验完成。Test is finished.7.2.2发电机跳闸,联锁汽轮机跳闸,汽轮机跳闸后负荷大于30%时,联锁锅炉MFT跳闸,负荷信号一般模拟300t/h(蒸汽流量)。Generator trip will trigger the turbine trip, which will directly trigger the MFT to shut down the boiler in case of l
23、oading greater than 30%, In the simulation, the load signal is generally set at 300t/h(main steam flow).7.2.2.1模拟一项发电机主保护动作,触发发电机跳闸,发电机断路器断开。 Trip generator and its CB by simulating one of faults the generator is protected against. 7.2.2.2联锁汽轮机跳闸,主汽门关闭,联开汽轮机疏水阀,联关汽轮机抽汽逆止门及抽汽电动门。The turbine will be i
24、ntertripped and the main steam valve closed, then, through interlock, all turbine drain valves opened and extraction steam non-return and motorized valves closed. 7.2.2.3汽轮机跳闸后,MFT动作,锅炉跳闸,联跳油枪、一次风机、A磨煤机、A给煤机、下层制粉系统、联关减温水电动门,再热器事故喷水电动门、再热器微调减温水电动门及总门)。After turbine tripped, the MFT will operate to sh
25、ut down the boiler, resulting in interlock trips of oil guns,PA fans, miller A and coal feeder A, and in closing of motorized attemperating water valves.7.2.2.4各专业恢复各系统正常,解除所有模拟、强制信号。Restore each system to normal condition and remove all simulation and forced signals.7.2.2.5试验结束。All the tests are finished.8. 调试合格标准Acceptance of commissioning result8.1 联锁保护逻辑完善。
