MUSCU
5、LAR STRENGTH-a minimum of two 20-minute sessions(时间) per week that include exercises for all the major muscle groups.Lifting weights is the most effective way to increase strength. MUSCULAR ENDURANCE(肌肉耐力)at least three 30-minute sessions each week that include exercises such as pushups,sit-ups,pull
6、-ups,and weight training for all the major muscle groups. FLEXIBILITY(伸展)-10-12 minutes of daily stretching exercises performed slowly,without a bouncing motion(弹跳动作).This can be included after a warm-up or during a cool-down. COOL DOWN- a minimum of 510 minutes of slow walking,low-level exercise,co
